My thesis solveses the office building. The building will be located in Šumperk. It will be located near the center. The building has two floors and a partial basement floor. Ceilings are beams with ceramic inserts and reinforced concrete slabs. Vertical structure consists of a ceramic blocks in the aboveground parts and concrete blocks in the underground section. The roof is walked on vegetation. The staircase is reinforced concrete, monolithic. The entire building is insulated with mineral wool. Basement is insulated with polystyrene foam.

The subject of thesis is a project documentation of a single-standing multifunctional building. Object has 4 floors with no basement. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic masonry Porotherm. Ceilings are monolithic, reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a single-layer flat roof.

This is detached family house. The building is situated in the town of Jiříkovice town in Brno – Country Distric. This family hause has two floors and it is partially with a cellar. The building is based on the footings of concrete. It is built from the building system POROTHERM and PREFA with contact insulation system from company BAUMIT. The roof has a inclination of 30o and 38o. Roofing tile is TONDACH BRNĚNSKÁ 14. Built-up area is 151,76 m2. This includes a seminar work Comparison brick material.

The house is built for four people. It includes a place for business - a massage studio. The house is built of breeze-block POROTHERM and it has shed roof.

Consists of one basement and two storey (floor). The house is bulit from building systém VELOX. Roof is flat with green, roof of outbuilding is saddle.

The aim of the Bachelor´s Thesis is a family house design. The Design Documentation deals with a one-generation family house. This family house is separately standing building. The building is designed as a newly constructed triple-storey family house, with basement and with residential attic. The strucural system is desinged in a walled technology of Porotherm system. Ceilings are made of ferroconcrete. The roof is saddle, there are two separated saddle roofs. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.

The aim of the Bachelor’s Thesis is a family house design. The Design Documentation deals with a one-generation family house. This family house is a separately standing building. The building is designed as a newly constructed single-storey family house, partly with basement and with residential attic. The structural system is designed in a walled technology of the HELUZ system – ground bricks “HELUZ FAMILY”. Ceilings are made of prestressed ceiling panels “SPIROLL”. The roof is of the T shape, 2 saddle roofs are mutually perpendicular. The roof is of a higher type, saddle half-hipped roof. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.

The project documentation is prepared complete new build house with sales of spare parts in stock at the level of documentation for construction. House is designed for a family operation and store sufficient three employees. The building is designed as two rectangles connected together, where smaller firms are backgrounds, cellars and spaces for living, the greater the storage hall of spare parts. Built-up area of the house is 335m2.Střecha saddle is connected to the roof rack warehouse. Walling system is made by Heluz. The house is connected to the local road and utilities available. Design House is processed according to applicable standards and regulations for the country.
