Title: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of a patient with diagnosis edema and shock of cervical spinal cord. Summary: The topic of the bachelor thesis is a case interpretation of the patient with edema and shock of cervical spinal cord which happened after a car accident. The aim of this thesis is a comprehensive treatment of the theoretical and practilal knowledge in a patient with the above mentioned diagnosis. The general theoretic part processes anatomy of a spine and a spinal cord. This anatomy is followed by description of the spine and spinal cord injury. Further I deal a clinical picture, pathophysiology of spinal cord injury and subsequent rehabilitation in the theoretical part. The special part includes a case interpretation of the patient with edema and shock of cervical spinal cord and a therapy of this demage. The chosen physiotherapy effect is evaluated in a conclusion. Michal Říha MD, PhD., MBA Object: The aim of this work is to describe the problems of cervicalgia. Summary: This thesis consists of two parts - special and general. General part focuses on the definition of the disease, causes, clinical features and therapeutic approaches to the issue. The special part is the most important part of the thesis. It includes a case history of a patient with chronic neck pain. Critical part of this case history is a plan of therapy and record of individual physiotherapy procedures which were applied according to the initial analysis. In the end of the special part is the evaluation of the effeciency of the therapy. The case history was developed during internship in the Military University Hospital in Prague. From the achieved results of the research of the theses we can say that the used procedures in therapy contributed to the improvement of the condition of the patient. Aims: The aim of this work is the casuistry of a patient during the process of continuous professional experience and familiarity with the theoretical reasons diagnosis of foot and ankle fractures. Methods: This thesis is divided into two parts, namely general and special. The general part is processed anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology and traumatology, ankle and foot. Elaborated the issue of different types of fractures ankle and foot and subsequent physiotherapy. In the special case of a patient is treated for fractures of the foot and ankle. Title: Case interpretation of physiotherapeutic care of the patient with diagnosis Coxarthrosis l. sin Summary: The topic of the bachelor thesis is case interpretation of the patient with diagnosis coxarthrosis, which arose as a consequence of hip dysplasia. The general theoretic part describes anatomy and physiology of the hip joint including the decription of total endoprosthesis hip implant, which is proven method of surgical solution of diseases and defects of hip joint. Characteristics of the coxarthrosis disease follows, it includes pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostics and possibilities of therapeutic processes. The theoretic part also mentiones congenital development defect of hip dysplasia, which is described in terms of etiology, clinical examination, division of congenital hip dysplasia and therapeutic process. The special part consists of case interpretation of the patient with diagnosis coxarthrosis, which arose as a consequence of hip dysplasia. It was was treated by total endoprosthesis of the hip joint. After the surgical solution regular physiotherapeutic care follows. In conclusion the chosen physiotherapy effect is evaluated. Title: Case report of physiotherapist's patient care with the diagnosis: condition after surgery for total endoprotesthesis of the right knee joint Objectives: The aim of this paper is to get to know both theoretically and practically the diagnosis status after total knee arthroplasty. Methods: The first part of this work includes theoretical area by research. This section describes the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. The issue of gonarthrosis and its treatment.Then there is the more developed surgical approach, the application causes a total joint replacement prosthesis type, and physical therapy after surgery procedures that are appropriate to a positive effect on patients' health. The second part of this work is special - processed form of case reports. This part is based on theoretical knowledge acquired during studies, and their application in clinical practice. It contains entrance kinesiological analysis and conclusion, on the basis of which is developed short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan. Title: Casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis ischemic stroke. This bachelor thesis concerns in stroke. Thesis is divided into general and special part. General part consists of anatomy and physiology of cerebral blood supply, functions of cerebral lobes and remarkable ability of the nervous system - neuroplasticity. Second half of general part describes ischemic stroke - clinical state, pathophysiology, diagnostics, differential diagnostics and therapy. At the end of general part there is section devoting neurorehabilitation. In special part there is worked out casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient after ischemic stroke. This part of thesis works with data from practise which took place in Military university hospital from 7th January to 1st February 2013. CASE STUDY OF PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT OF A PATIENT AFTER STROKE Objectives: Theoretical analysis of after stroke management and elaboration of physiotherapy treatment schedule in the form of an after stroke patient case study. Methods: This work was done with patients consent within an uninterrupted practice at Central Military Hospital in Prague at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The practice was held from 9th January to 3rd February. The work is divided into two main sections - a general (theoretical) and a special. In the general section is researched the theoretical background for status post hemorrhagic stroke. The general section includes basic characteristics of the illness, etiopathogenesis, incidence, diagnostics, treatment and options of physiotherapy methods concerning the illness. The special section contains the after stroke patient's case study, the review of proposed therapy and the therapy effect evaluation. Results: The patient's condition evolved during the treatment. The patient developed better muscular strength and joint movement, the swelling was reduced, right hand side of his body and limbs was strengthened and his overall stability and gait was improved.
