Synchronization of the robot motion with a moving conveyor belt
Nagy, Marek ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on the solution of synchronization of the robot motion with a moving conveyor belt. It informs about basic principles and possibilities of using similar applications. It describes individual elements used in the application, their importance and function. It provides an overview of proposed program codes for the programmable logic controller, the smart camera and the robot. The result is the creation of a functional illustrative application with KUKA robot.
Simulation tools for CAD/CAM robot programming
Nagy, Marek ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on simulation, off-line programming and familiarization with KUKA robot. It informs about the composition, coordinate systems and the possibilities of movement of the industrial robot. It introduces methods of on-line and off-line programming and analysis of software for off-line programming aimed on CAD / CAM machining. It describes the creation of specific robot movements and explains the generated code for the implementation of created movements. The result is the creation of a functional illustrative application with KUKA robot.
Options of HTA application to electronic medical records in cardiology
Nagy, Miroslav ; Seidl, Libor
The paper describes options of the HTA application in the ADAMEK application developed within the EuroMISE Center. It further explains the definition of HTA as a multi-disciplinary process that summarizes information about medical, social, economic and ethical issues associated with the use of technology in health care.
Temporomandibular joint disorders – decision support systems in therapy
Hippmann, R. ; Dostálová, T. ; Zvárová, Jana ; Nagy, Miroslav ; Seydlová, M.
On the basis of our experience with temporomandibular joint disorders and with EHR design, we suppmented our earlier develeped voice-controlled data record system DentCross with a special interactive form for the temporomandibular joint disorders.
Clinical Contents Harmonization of EHRs and its Relation to Semantic Interoperability
Nagy, Miroslav
This paper describes solutions proposals in the field of clinical content harmonization of electronic health records and semantic interoperability establishment. First the Czech national project "Information Technologies for the Development of Continuous Shared Healthcare" will be mentioned and its approach to creation of semantic interoperability platform. Afterwards an approach using openEHR architecture will be described. Finally a technique of creation of electronic health records with harmonized clinical content will be stated.

Harmonization of Clinical Content in EHR: HL7 Messaging vs. OpenEHR Approach
Nagy, Miroslav
This paper sums up the last stage of the project called ”Harmonization of Clinical Content in Electronic Health Record (EHR)”, which is being solved as author’s PhD project. The aim of this project was the clinical content modeling of EHR and transportation of medical data via communication standards (HL7 v3 and CEN EN 13606). An experiment was conducted where archetypes and openEHR templates were used to send patient’s information to another EHR-S. The results were compared to the previous solution based on HL7 v3 messages, which was described at the PhD Conference ’09. At the end of the paper the author discusses contemporary semantics description of real clinical data by means of ICD-10 code-list, which covers the qualitative point of view quite well. However, the quantitative view on semantics of clinical data is much more difficult and the inevitability of medical ontologies usage is emphasized.

Small bowel´s examination methods
NAGY, Markéta
Imaging methods play an essential role in the diagnostic algorithm by determining the disease character in any part of the human body. For the diagnostic small intestine diseases we use as classic X-ray methods as modern modalities. In introduce I mention history, morphology and physiology of small intestine. Than I describe summary about X-ray and non X-ray examination methods of small intestine (from basic methods to those special). Among basic examination methods of small intestine belong for example X-ray of abdomen, ultrasonography, passage throw small intestine and enteroclyse. Special examinations are CT enteroclyse, nuclear medicine examination, MR enteroclyse, angiography, enteroscopy and capsle endoscopy (CE). After compendium indications, contraindications, contrast agents and preparation patient for examination, in the finish of my work I worked up a collection of patient which were examined between the years 2002 {--} 2006 on our clinic {--} Institut of clinical and experimental medicine (IKEM), in Prague.
