New trends in prevention and negotiation of varroosis

Varroa destructor, in Czech language known as kleštík včelí, is a parasitic mite (of eastern bee and honeybee) which causes the disease called varroasis. Kleštík is like a black passenger on the body of bees and drones, which commonly penetrate foreign hives, and because of that they can be considered the main vector of parasite. In the Czech Republic we fight this parasite using methods every since its discovery in the early 80s of the 20th century. Some methods are defined by the Veterinary Institute in the Czech Republic and the others were disovered by the beekeepers themselves. The main purpose of this thesis was to determine what are current methods to suppress or to completely obliterate the infection caused by Varroa destructor. What methods have proved to be most effective, and what new methods were invented from the time of its discovery. I conducted a field experiment bee hives belonging to beekeeping organizations Trhové Sviny during the 2015 and the 2016. The practical part of my research ( i.e. occurrence and also the review of varroasis disease treatment) had little effect on normal activities of beekeepers. The process of Varroa destructor presence, its treatment and the methods of treatment researched. Based on the collected samples sent to Veterinary Administration for testing to find out whether are the Varroa counter measures effective or not. The conclusion of my reasearch ist he unificated treatment and detection of Varroa are of the main importance. That goes not only for the beekeeping associations but also by unregistered beekeepers. Because the amount of bee colonies here in the Czech Republic is huge, the use of alternative treatment and suppresing procedures as well as the intentional breeding for resistance against Varroa are rather unrealistic, the only viable option fort he moment , is to follow Veterinary Services guidelines.

Selected Parts of Building and Technological Project of Administrative and Manufacturing Hall Hydraulics s.r.o.

The master thesis deals with a conception and realization of a constructional and technological project of new manufacturing and administrative hall Hydraulics s.r.o. The thesis studies the realization of the major technological constructing stages of the building. It also covers projects of the construction site, the time schedule, the plan of the main building machines and mechanisms and the budget. Furthermore, the master thesis solves technological regulations for foundations made with bored piles, the budget according to THU including the check plan, the test plan and the safety plan. Also, the assessment of the construction composition is attached.

Construction technological project of apartment block in Boskovice

Content of this master‘s thesis is construction technological project of apartment block in Boskovice. The masters’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for construction, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site, budget and time schedule. Detailed procedure of assembly of the load-bearing roof truss and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. Safety and health protection, control and test plans are elaborated for stage of the building roofing.

Thesis is mainly focused for technological instructions of ground works, support of next building and solving of city center problems. Components of this thesis are evaluation plans and work place safety protocols. Next content of thesis are study of main technological phases, time and finanical plans, items budget, selected details, construction site equipment and design and verification of tower crain.

Constructive - Technological Project of Medical Center in Vizovice

The diploma thesis is based on a project of medical centre in Vizovice. The medical centre is designed as a three-floor building with a receding top floor. Building foundations are designed from foundation pads and strips from reinforced concrete, the load-bearing masonry is designed from hollow clay blocks ZELUS, a reinforced concrete ceiling is designed as a bracing element. The medical centre is roofed by a flat roof with a PVC covering. This thesis deals with the budget and time plan of the whole construction, transport accessibility of the building, building maintenance instructions and maintenance costs for 25 years, daylighting of room number 1.32, an engineering report of construction site equipment and its drawing, a design of lifting mechanism of the site equipment, a plan for transport of concrete and concreting the floor slabs. The thesis is mainly focused on roofing of the medical centre, technological regulation for the roofing and reinforced concrete floor slabs is elaborated, as well as a control and test plan for the floor slabs from the reinforced concrete and for the roof PVC foil.

Roofing of the New Apartment Building in Rajhrad

Content of this bachelor’s thesis is solving of technological stage of roofing of the new apartment building in Rajhrad. Roof is designed as a cold mono-pitched roof consists of metal plate-connected timber truss. Detailed procedure of assembly of the bearing timber structure and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. Control and test plans, budget and schedule are elaborated for stage of the building roofing. The bachelor’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for the given stage, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site and occupational safety and health.

Realization of the Substructure of Residential Building in Znojmo

The content of the bachelor thesis is a conception of a technological stage of the substructure of residential building in Znojmo. The building is built on a large diameter bored piles which are connected to a slab foundation. In the places of a higher load, there are projected foundation pads. The project includes technological regulations for earthwork, bored piles and slab foundation. Furthermore, the thesis covers topics of inspection and check plan, mechanical assembly and budget. The thesis also deals with building site equipment, shedule, block plan and work safety.
