Polyfunctional apartment house in Kasalova pila

The project contains structural design of new polyfunctional apartment house in Humpolec. The building has four floors and a basement. In the first floor is designed to store food. There are apartmens in the second to fourth floors. The basement serves as the technical background and storage space for users apartments. The structural system consists of the skeletal system with a combination of brick. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different height levels where on eis growing, on is walkable and one is not walkable.

The kontent of the diploma thesis is processing of project documentation for administrative building in Hodonín, first done as a feasibiity study and then as a pilot project. The object is standalone, with free floors. The work also comprises the thermal technical assessment chosen constructions, the fire protection report, the accompanying report, the summary technical report and the technical report. The building is designed with traditional building materials – KM Beta. Encosure is designed as single-layer flat roof.

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of villa house Kasalka in Humpolci. The house is situated in the region Highland in the village Humpolec, cadastral territory of Humpolec. The building is designed as a five-story brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM. The external walls are insulated. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different heights, two of which are walkable and used as terraces. The building includes Garage for ten cars of type 1a and small establishment an office type.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on a project of a detached family house with a brewery T:O:P on a site 88/13 and 88/14 in a Jevíčko. Bachelor´s thesis is drawn in a project documentation for the realization of building. The house has two floors without cellarage, rectangular plan with flat roof, based on strip foundations made of a simple concrete. Vertical frameworks are devised from masonry type therm from Porotherm. Horizontal frameworks are from ceiling panels Spiroll. External wals are warmed by a contact system from polystyrene. Entry into the brewery premises and residential units, located on the second floor, is oriented to the southeast, entrance to the brasserie on the southwest. 1.NP is divided into two service. The service brewery with his technological background and administrative background brewer. The second service is brasserie brewery with his social service and visitors. Housing unit is separated from the brewery and brasserie ceiling constructions and has its own entrance from the open air.

Theme of this Bachelor´s thesis is modern low-energy detached house and it contains documentation for the execution of the project. House is designed with interesting architecture and disposition solution. The building is situated in the region Vysočina in small town Přibyslav in a quiet suburb. The southeast side is situated to the forest. Two-storey house is designed for 4 people. The entire building is designed in a system of permanent shuttering Velox. The sandwich construction is composed of cement-woodchips slabs, thermal insulation and reinforced concrete. The ceiling is made of prefabricated components glued of Velox slabs to shape of boxis and complemented by concrete layer. Roof is designed as warm flat roof.

The point of this bachelor´s thesis is the project of a family house with establishment consisting of dental surgeries and contains the complete documentacion for the execution of the project. This building is situated in the region Vysočina, the city of Humpolec. The building is without a basement, and divided into two separate parts to form a whole. The first part of the building consist of two-storey house, designed for 4 people in variant 5+1. The second part is a single storey dental clinic for 2 membered staff. The building is designed as a brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks KERATHERM systém, horizontal structures are made of ceiling panels SPIROLL. The roof over part of the house is a shed, with ventilation layer. The roof construction consists of wooden trusses joined punched truss plates. The roof over the dental clinics is flat with the growing stack witch sever as an outdoor tarrace of the house.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a design of single-family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The object is on almost flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a village Dubne close by a city of Czech Budweis. The house has two above ground. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed in a technology of VELOX system. The house is roofed with warm flat roof. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house in worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program Archicad.
