Detached house Slunečná

The bachelor thesis deals with design and elaboration of project documentation for a family house, which is located in the cadastral area of Dobrá Voda u Českých Budějovic. The building is a two-storey building with a basement and a garage for two vehicles, which is part of the 1st floor. The building is designed for housing of four to fivemember families. The construction system of vertical supporting structures is made of brick masonry, complemented by reinforced concrete ceilings. Windows and doors in the building are wooden. The peripheral wall in the second floor is made as ventilated facade with combined grate an ETICS thermal insulation system and facade wood. In the basement of the building is located infrasauna and the necessary background. The roof of the building is a pair of flat vegetation roofs. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for the execution of the construction.
BUT Technology Transfer Centre

¨Bachelor thesis addresses the subject Technology Transfer Centre Brno - Královo pole- at Palacky hill in the technogy park Brno. TTC represents the institutional framework for the development and application of the results reserch at Brno University of Technology. It is also the contact point for companies interested in cooperation with the Technical University in the provided fields. The closest area is characterized by the proximity of different functions - universities, office spaces, space for light manufacturing, university colleges. The proposed building has four floors, simple monoblock, which replicates the shape of the land (trapezoid) is differentiated into 5 parts. These parts allow any hire parts of the object. The building have productions hall with private facilities, offices, laboratories and parking. The dominant feature is the entrance hall, which is glass and open. Entrance is framed with corteno sheet. In entrance hall is open staircase with corten banister, which is addressed in Part D in architectural detail. Supply object is behind the building, there are manipulating courts which are directly linked to the warehouses. The building is oriented mainly longitudinally - East west.
Detached house with a surgery

This bachelor thesis processes the design documentation of a newly-built detached house with a doctor’s surgery, which is situated on the outskirts of a village Přečkovice located in the Zlin region. The floor plan of the structure has the L-shape and is partly below ground level. It is divided into two parts. The first part serves as an office (a surgery), the second one is a living area. The living area has two above-ground floors. The structure is based on strip foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures are composed of the Porotherm system and in contact with the soil there are concrete blocks for permanent formwork of Livetherm. The horizontal load-bearing structures constitute the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors.
Kindergarten

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a kindergarten in Kunovice near Uherské Hradiště. The kindergarten has two above-ground floors. There are two classes on the first floor, each for 25 children. Part of this floor is a kitchen with copmlete equipment to provide all-day dining. On the second floor there is a small library with computers and teachers´facilities. The structural system is made of brick made of ceramic fittings covered with a flat and countertop roof. The work includes project documentation fot the construction.
The Renovation of the former District Court in Zlín

Based on study, developed in the course of the AG34 third year, is compiled following thesis, which expands the study into stages of documentation for building permit and documentation for the execution of the project. Theme of thesis is renovation of the former District Court in Zlín and propose a new use. The building is located in the city center on the edge of Sad Svobody. In the vicinity of the area there is Castle Zlín and recently renovated Sad Komenského. Sloping plot of land in the area was modified to enable new usage of the object. The idea is to propose new usage, which will be real and interesting investment for potential investor of the project. The pursuit of inexpensive structural changes and adjustments wich will allow the best and most profitable use of the currently abandoned building. New uses are therefore rentable office space, exhibiton space, restaurant and residential units. Even though the building is not protected historicaly, the design works with the restoration of the historical appearance of the former district court.
Multifunctional object Brno - Bohunice

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional building in Brno Bohunice. The building has six floors with five floors above ground and a basement. The first above-ground floor will be used for commercial units, the second to fifth floors will be used for administration. The basement contains a collective garage. Structurally, the building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton in a 6 x 6 meter module and is based on a base plate locally supported by gravel piles under columns. The roof is designed as a flat single shelled.

This bachelor thesis deals with the desig of a flat house in the Zlín. The flat house has four above-ground floors and one basemant, where are covered parking places. The structural system is made of brick made of ceramic fittings in combination with reinforced concrete walls. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete, the roof is of nailed trusses. The work includes project documentation fot the construction.
Hoppy Friends brewery

The thesis deals with design of brewery Hoppy Friends, situated in Moravská Třebová. The building is designed with 3 floors and is a basement. On the basement is lager cellar with coolbox. On the first floor is a brewery with grain storage, visitor center, brewery facility, boiler room and a shop. On the second floor are offices and laboratories. The brewery building is designed from a masonry systém with a ventilated facade with wooden and aluminium lining, foundation on strip foundation with warm flat roof.
Restoration of Villa Wagner

The assignment of my work within the monument restoration studio was to create a small wellness center, as part of the family villa in Malomeřice. In my work, I tried not to disturb the surrounding development with an unique element. For the wellness center I created a separate structure within the garden behind the villa and I chose the volume of this structure to fit in with the surroundings.
SMS Enterprise Premises

The Bachelor thesis focuses on small and medium-size enterprise (SMEs) premises situated near the Kšírova Street in Brno. The construction area is to be found in the city district Horní Heršpice. The nearest surroundings are characterised by a multifunctional neighbourhood. At the same time, the new planned city district is taken into consideration. The area intended for reconstruction has recently served as a builder´s yard. The designed construction is composed of two buildings and its location on the plot enables it to form a city block. Both buildings are designed as a four-storey, one of the buildings are located underground parking. There are main entrance hall, production areas with facilities, eating facilities offices and a car park in the buildings. The access to individual production units is from outside back porches. There is an inner yard between the two buildings that is going to be used partly for supplying and partly to rest. The street facades are compact character, austere space is lined CETRIS plates, strip windows are placed in fixed horizontal and vertical lines.
