The aim of the project is a new building of detached house in the kadastral area Golčův Jeníkov, district Hvlíčkův Brod. The building site is triangular shape, fenced from all three sites. Entry to the site is situated from Obora street. The house is detached one in existing development. It is desined for a four members family. Main entry is situated from the house frontside. The house is situated seven meters from line of public way and minimum two meters from neighboring sites. Paved area is desined infront of garage. The terrase is situated near north-east wall of house. The house has three floors (basement, groundfloor, firstfloor). Twoo cellar rooms are situated in basement. Groundfloof and firstfloor are going to be used as living area. The building isn´t wheelchair solved. The architectural design of the house is conceived for using of traditional materials in their natural colour finishing (elements bricks, stone, wood, iron).

It´s a two-storey cellarless family house shaped „U“ with a residential attic and a pent roof. The building is closely connected to the neighboring house. The dispozition of the building is divided into two parts: the part of the day and the part of the night. The part of the day consists of a living room directly connected to the kitchen and the outdoor area. The part of the night is situated in the attic with three romms and the full bathroom with the toilet.

The family house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one basement and two above grade storeys. The access to the building is realized by reinforced concrete stairway. Basement enter by car is under a tilt of 10%. The main entrance to the building is located on the first floor and leads you to the entry. Garage is located right in the basement as well as fire-room with laundry, technical room, cellar, WC and stairway leading to the first floor, where the living room linked by kitchen with dinning room is situated, as well as there is buttery, study room, bathroom with WC and stairway to basement and second floor there. In the second floor you can find two childrens’ rooms one of which dispose of balcony, then bedroom with dressing-room, storage room and bathroom with WC. The facade of the building is as External Thermal Insulation Contact System (ETICS), roofed by platform of 3% tilt covered by grey color hydro-insulation Construction of foundation is realized on strip footing and bearing plates. The structural system of first and second floor is brickwork consisting of ceramic building blocks POROTHERM 30 P+D, basement structural system is furring blocks grouted-in by concrete reinforced with steel bars (sacrificial formwork). The ceiling is realized as ceramic-concrete structure POROTHERM of thickness 250 mm. Heating is provided by gas condensing boiler, which is set in fire-room in basement.

The aim of the Bachelor´s Thesis is a family house design. The Design Documentation deals with a one-generation family house. This family house is separately standing building. The building is designed as a newly constructed triple-storey family house, with basement and with residential attic. The strucural system is desinged in a walled technology of Porotherm system. Ceilings are made of ferroconcrete. The roof is saddle. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is the design and project documentation for a single-family home. The project documentation proposes a single-family, detached home. It is designed as a three-story new-construction building with a partial basement. The foundation of the building is comprised of monolithic concrete grade-beams. The structural system of the building is designed with the use of the POROTHERM masonry system in combination with two reinforced concrete posts. The ceiling structures are built of POROTHERM ceramic-concrete members with MIAKO brick inserts and reinforced concrete slabs. The flat roof is divided into two levels.

House is designed for a family operation and store sufficient three employees. The building is designed as two rectangles connected together, where smaller firms are backgrounds, cellars and spaces for living, the greater the storage hall of spare parts. Built-up area of the house is 335m2.Střecha saddle is connected to the roof rack warehouse. Walling system is made by Heluz. The house is connected to the local road and utilities available. Design House is processed according to applicable standards and regulations for the country.
