Montane Recreation complex, Wellness & Spa

The topic of this thesis is project and documentation for montane recreative komplex, which is situated in Loučná nad Desnou. The object is located in land-registered area Kouty nad Desnou. In this region is famous ski slope and from the hotel is nice view on this ski slope. The montane hotel respects criteria of protected landscape area Jeseníky. Architectonic plan is designed with respect to mountain scenery. In the hotel are 18 rooms with possibility 9 extra beds for 51 guests. There is a option to visit restaurant all-day. This restaurant is part of the hotel. Recreative zone is situated in north part of the hotel and this zone is devided into two parts. First part, is public and serves for all guests. This zone includes pool with whirpool bath, sauna and steam bath. Second zone is private. This zone provides privacy in massage rooms or in rooms for aromatic bath. The object is devided into four floors. Three floors are overground and one floor is underground. In the second and thirds floors are hotels rooms and rooms for clean-up and employees. First overground floor containes restauration with kitchen, coffee-bar, main hall with reception and all recreation zone, which passes to the second floor. Basement is consists of air handling units, technical rooms and housed mass garages with 21 places. Main entrance to the hotel is from south-eastern side and it is open space which passes to gallery. Type of constructional system is reinforcement framework. It is made of monolithic pillars placed on reinforcement column base with beam PEIKKO DELTABEAM. On this beam are located reinforcement ceilings elements SPIROLL. Fulfil brickwork is SILKA covered by combination of heating EPS with MW, ISOVER TWINNER with 200 millimetre thikness. Sports Centre in Zlín

The diploma thesis deals with project documentation for the realization of the sports centre in Zlín. Object is located on the edge of the city Zlín in build-up area of the sports halls. Object is defined from two sides by major roads, that are connected with family and residential buildings. Building site of the object is sligtly sloping, however with ground adapting adjusts into seeming flat land. The hall is devided on three operation parts. First and dominant unit is formed by gaming area with grandstrand, corresponding facilities included. Second unit is formed by mountaineering wall, corresponding included. Third unit is formed by bar, corresponding facilities included. Object is drafted with consideration of the Baťas architecture. Object is designed like a skeleton construction with combinated system of frames. Main supporting vertical construction of skeleton is designed from reinforced prefabricated concrete column. Main supporting horizontal construction of skeleton is designed like a system solution slimfloor, that is based on placing prestressed segment onto bottom side of a special beam Deltabeam. Within the main supporting construction is designed stifenner and construction of grandstrand as well, maid from reinforced prefabricard concrete. Sheathing of the object is combinated. From the second floor is designed system from thermal insulated sandwich panels, which is anchored into the pre-set steel construction. Roof is designed as a flat roof with trapezoidal metal sheet with thermal insulation and waterproofing layer made from m-PVC. Fillings of the object including light curtain wall is designed from system Schüco.
Retirement residence

The diploma thesis deals with project documentation for the realization of the retirement residence in the city of Zlín. The building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground floors. On the first floor, there is a main-entrance which is oriented on the north-west. The entrance of the garden is oriented to the south-east. On the first floor, there are a canteen, cafe, facilities for employees, stair, mechanical´s room, and doctor´s office. On the second floor, there are 17 housing until, common room, drying room, and cleaning´s room. On the third floor, they are 13 housing until, two common room, drying room, cleaning´s room and terrace with the view to the garden. In the building is designed roofed atrium who is constituted with a light curtain wall. In the building is designed exterior steel stair who is oriented to the garden. Supporting system building is the frame with prestressed ceiling panels. The building is without a cellar, roofed with flat roofs
Apartments building with pharmacy

Bachelor´s thesis premises designed Apartments building with pharmacy on the level of documentary for execution of works. The building is separated into two independent function parts. Dominant part is residential area, formed by ten residential units and the other part is an establishment – pharmacy. Both parts have separated entrances so they do not limit each other in service. The building is simply-shaped, with four above-ground floors and basement. The basement is walled with permanent formwork blocks. The ground floors are walled with sand-lime blocks. Floor structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof structure is designed like flat roof. The building has exterior contact thermal insulation system ETICS.
Apartments building in Český Těšín

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new apartment building in Český Těšín. The detached building has two above-ground and one underground floor. There are 8 flats of different sizes on the above floors. The sizes of the flats are 1 room, 2 rooms and 3 rooms. The underground floor is intended for garages, technical facilities and cellar. The structure is based on strip fundations. The external wall is disigned of Porotherm ceramic bloks with integrated mineral wool. Internal loadbearing and non-loadbearing mansory are also made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The external wall of the basement is bulit of the concrete bloks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforceted concrete slabs. The roofing of the building consists of a warm flat roof.

Thesis Accomodation premises designed for homeless children and low-income people at the documentary for execution of works. The building was designed so that the object is divided into two parts. The first part is a home for homeless children, which is developed to the level of documentation for construction. The secon part is a started flats, which is designed only as a preparatory study and work. The building is brick of brick blocks. Foundation structures bearing walls ale designed footings. Roof construction is designed flat. The building has four above-ground floors and cellar. The building is insulated exterior contact insulation.
Exhibition gallery in Brno

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of exhibition gallery in the city center of Brno. The exhibition gallery consist of exhibition rooms, depositories, lecture hall, café, VIP room, entrance and communication spaces, hygienic facilities for visitors and employees, administrative premises of the gallery, air-conditioning and heating machinery. The SO01 object is processed in detail, the object SO02 is processed in the form of a study. Design of the exhibition gallery is based on the requirements of the student competition, the sponsor is Xella CZ, s.r.o. SO01 is designed as a four-storey building with three above-ground and one underground floors. The building has an exhibition area, a lecture hall, a café, a VIP room, entrance and communicative spaces, hygienic facilities for visitors and employees, air-conditioning machinery. The supporting structure of the building is designed as an assembled, prefabricated, reinforced concrete skeleton. Ceiling structures are designed as SPIROLL 250 mm pre-stressed ceiling panels. The facade is designed as two-layer ventilated. The exhibition gallery is designed with a single-layer flat vegetation roof.
Sport Centre in Bilovice nad Svitavou

The thesis contains a draft of new sport centre on the outskirts of the village Bílovice nad Svitavou. As part of the squash hall with four courts and the adjacent center, which consists of other sports, cafe, facilities for employees and staff and other technical rooms. The exterior of the object contains playground, pétanque area, a terrace cafe with adjacent playground and parking area. Primarily a center designed for practicing sports and physical activities, which serve the mentioned sports and sports facilities. Furthermore, the building is used as a cafe with adjoining outdoor terrace. The entire building is wheelchair accessible, including the 2nd floor, where is a lift. The thesis project is elaborated sports center in Bílovice nad Svitavou. We have been further processed two specializations - design and assessment of reinforced concrete perimeter wall and design of air-conditioning units and air-conditioning pipe sizing in sports areas. It is part seminary work dealing with the principles of organization of construction, the technical report of site facilities and the actual drawing of the site facilities.
Multifunctional building "Slatina"

The subject of this thesis is to design a multifunctional building. The building object is located on the southeast outskirts of Brno, in the city of Slatina. The land chosen for the building is situated in the cadastral area of Slatina. The building has five floors without basement. Multifunctional house is suitable for housing and for commercial purposes. The house is projected with 13 apartments, with café – opening hours to 10 PM, healthy food store and drugstore. There are apartments with 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. Each apartment is complemented by a balcony and a cellar. The main facade is located on the west side of the property where it is allowed access to the shops and cafe. Entry into the living area is on the eastern side of the property. Perimeter walls of the building will be made of sand-lime bricks KM Beta SENDWIX 5DF-LP. The ceilings are designed as monolithic. The house is covered by a flat single-roof, part of the roof over the 4th floor will be designed as a vegetation roof.
Family house with atelier

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a house with a studio. Building site is situated on the periphery of the town Bystré u Poličky. The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors with no cellar. On the ground floor is situated garage with room for two cars. Integral part of bachelor thesis is a seminar paper. It deals with authentication functionality of family house in selected heating technology terms.
