Analysis of the supersonic flow of gas in the differentially pumped chamber EREM
Matloch, Roman ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
This work describes briefly electron microscopy issue and physical model of fluid flow. Then presented diploma thesis will be describing analysis and evaluation of the impact of supersonic flow on the pressure and density in the path of the primary electron beam in the differential pumping chamber. For analysis, evaluation and examination of the issue will be used CAD and CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) programs. At the same time it will be developed a methodology of calculation applicable to supersonic flow in the low pressure system at ANSYS CFX.
Analysis of the distribution of the temperature profile in the furnace brazing using CAE systems
Stručovský, Aleš ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this project is using the CAE system to analyze the distribution of the temperature profile brazing furnace DIMA 0180. To create the model is used SolidWorks Premium 2012. The simulation is performed using the Flow Simulation. This work builds on the knowledge diploma thesis by Martin Procházka titled The effect of different heat capacities and components on the longitudinal temperature profile for reflow soldering. We start from the knowledge of heat transfer, especially of heat conduction and radiation, which appear in the furnace.
Analysis of pressure distribution in the variant detector with three aperture by CAE system
Tomášek, Martin ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
This master`s thesis analyzes the pressure distribution on the premises of scintillation detector secondary electron in the variant with three aperture. The aim of this study is analyzing the fluid flow depending on the application of the third aperture in the entrance of the detector, thus creating more self-pumped chamber, which is responsible for ensuring a better distribution of pressure in the premises of the detector. The result of the analysis would be determining how to change parameters within the detector. If it is found that application of the third aperture has a positive effect on water flow in the premises of the detector, this arrangement may be used for improvement of the detector. Master`s thesis is divided into several chapters. First describes the basic principles of electron microscopy, including sample preparation, conditions for the proper functioning of microscopes and sharing different types of electron microscopes. The next chapters describe briefly the physical descriptions of gases flow in low pressures and small apertures, the mathematical models and simulation software used in this analysis. The analysis is done in SolidWorks with the module called Cosmos FloSimulation. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis, including graphical representations of simulation.
Using Computer Aided Engineering for analyse the detector
Vyroubal, Petr ; Polsterová, Helena (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with influence of the shape comparison of convergent and Laval nozzles in the secondary electron detector shutters to the resulting pressure and gas flow in the secondary electron detector for environmental scaning electron mictoscope. To the detector analysis are used Computer Aided Engineering systems CAD and CAE, SolidWorks and SolidWorks Flow Simulation.
