The education of children in the area of fire protection and protection of the population

Title: Education of children in the area of fire protection and civil protection. Objectives: The first aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the methodology, which is designed to teach preventive educational activities in the field of fire protection and the protection of the population in the Czech Republic. The second objective of this thesis is to apply to students selected primary schools lecture program Hasík com and achieve mutual cooperation between trained instructors, elementary school students and teachers. The third objective of the thesis proposes small changes in individual subjects teaching lecture program Hasík cz. Methods: The investigation was focused on selected primary schools. Using lectures and model situations, it was examined whether students are able to prevent incidents and whether they can do the basic principles of behavior during the incident. We compared the differences in education, primary education and second stage of basic education. Furthermore, we compared what is the interest for selected primary schools to teach preventive educational activities in the field of fire protection and the protection of the population in 2010 and 2011. Title: Psychological reactions to different types of emergencies and disasters Objectives: Develop a general overview of human behavior patterns of individuals and groups in unexpected situations. Methods: In this work were used the methods of analysis and comparison. The analysis was applied to the analysing of different types of emergencies and disasters. By comparison were then compared patterns of different types of personalities among themselves, but also depending on the type of threat. Results: It was found that the response to external stimuli are internal conditions, individual abilities, attitudes and temperament. A major role but also plays a readiness on the situation. Evaluation of the number drowened people in the Czech Republic in the years 1994 - 2010

Title: Evaluation of the number drowned people in the Czech Republic in the years 1994-2010 Aim of the thesis: Evaluate the number of drowning people in the Czech republic. Methods: Searches of available sources. Collecting data from the Czech Statistical office, media, information portals. Results: All processed data were given in the current context causes drowning in the Czech Republic. In this work it was found that the actual risk of drowning increases with age and is about 2,5 times higher in men than in women. There have also been some laws on the number of drowning in natural water, which can not be assessed due to the short time generalize. The month of July has been demonstrated in the period of dependence on temperature drowned Celsius. Results of this work can not be compared with other countries and assume that the results will be the same. Methods: The thesis theoretical style is focused on searching for available sources of study and research, and writing their summary comparing safety measures of the organizers. Title: An analysis of safety measures in Tipsport arena for dealing with emergencies Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze technology in Tipsport Arena ice stadium in Holešovice in terms of safety and security measures and to evaluate the internal measures of HC Sparta Praha. Identify emergency situations that may arise at the ice rink and bring preventive measures generated against these situations. Methods: In this thesis compilation methods were used for the analysis of the key points about technology and hazardous substances used at the ice rink, security plans arising from legislation and an analysis of the integrated rescue system. In the practical part, a technology and safety measures selected ice rink, the used of methods of analysis, observation and interviews. Results: Safety measures Tipsport arena is evaluated as positive and its analysis is given in the safety measures servicing of refrigeration devices, security controls before organizing events, breakdown of activities performed by fire hazard and are accompanied by the documentation of fire protection in Tipsport arena. Title: Analysis of interventions of detached units from Czech Armed Forces Objectives of work: to make overview of interventions of Czech Armed Forces for Integrated rescue system in the period 2001-2010 and divided by the nature of the emergencies. The results will be analysed in order to make conclusions in five areas: 1. overall use of Czech Armed Forces for Integrated rescue system 2. factors limiting use of Czech Armed Forces for Integrated rescue system 3. strengths and weaknesses in the internal management of Czech Armed Forces during deployment 4. cooperation of Czech Armed Forces and Integrated rescue system including a focus on functionality of established principles and algorithms required to deploy forces and equipment of Czech Armed Forces to rescue or liquidation operations. 5. financial costs of interventions of Czech Armed Forces for Integrated rescue system Method: Search in literature and writing the results in logical order. Procedures of reduced PEST analysis are used to assess the general risks of environment in the Czech Republic. The analytical part is processed with the help of elements of system analysis. Title: The solution of extraordinary anthropogenic and unanthropogenic incidents by mountain rescue service Czech Republic Objectives: The main objective of this work is to approach the issue of emergency response service Mountain CR. What are anthropogenic and neantropogenní events and how to solve individually Mountain Rescue Service of the CR. Methods: In my thesis, I used the method of content analysis, for which I have found literal resources. Work approach could be summarized as a method of analyzing single extraordinary events. Results: I identified methods of Service Mountain CR when dealing with extraordinary anthropogenic and unantrophogenic incidents.
