Construction and technological project of polyfunctional building Sokolská 5 in Olomouc

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the building project of Polyfunkční dům Sokolská 5. In the course of the diploma thesis is elaborated a summary technical report, report of building site and drawings for individual stages. The implementation of the waterproofing of the base structure and the reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton are subject to technological regulations and control and test plans. In this work the object time and financial plan, the use of machines and mechanisms and health and safety at work are also solved. For the main building objects, an item budget and a detailed schedule are prepared. Part of this work is also the calculation of the heat transfer through the envelope of the building.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate parts of the frozen food warehouse construction project in Dašice in the area of MD logistics as, resulting in the elaboration of a technical report on the building technology project, the coordination situation of the building with the broader relations of the transport routes, the time and financial plan of the construction in the plane of the buildings, implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, drawing of the building site equipment, design of the main building machines, detailed time schedule of the main building, budget line, technological regulation for implementation of foundation structures consisting of drilled pilot and supporting walls, quality control and test plan for the given stage , drawings of the earthworks equipment and the construction of the hall.

Impact of Load Placing on the Driving Safety of Lorries

The objection of this dissertation is to examine effects of stowed cargo on safety driving of a vehicle. Based on general experience of weighing trucks and monitoring of cargo fixture, my attempt was to summarize related legislative conditions of the operation of trucks in terms of payload, weighing and stowing of cargo. In the first part I worked on consistent methodology of stowing and fastening of cargo on trucks. I've included various methods of loading cargo and different ways of fastening and their calculations. The main body of the second part is a practical methodology of inspectional weighing of trucks on the road. In this section I took into account the current method and procedure of inspectional weighing and measuring of trucks. During my trial weighing of different types of trucks I proved that the key factor for safe seating and lashing of load on a vehicle is determining center of gravity of the vehicle. I solve this problem in detail in the last part of my work.

Investment plan in the municipality

The master's thesis analyses a selected investment project in the municipality of Ohnišov. The theoretical part defines the economic cycle, public investment, investment project, financing of contracts, municipal management and spatial planning. The practical part analyses the municipality as a whole, its management, long-term goals and compares them in the context of the whole country, and analyses the chosen approach of financing the project and compares it with possible alternatives. In the conclusion, the findings are summarised and recommendations are made.

Constructional technologic project of objects at dump Úholičky

In this diploma thesis two steel frame objects of a waste dump in Úholičky are solved. The aim is to resolve the chosen parts of a construction-technological project. The main topics for selected technological phases are transportation, bill of quantities, technological regulations, construction organization’s principles, time schedule, machinery, control and testing plan, work safety and worker’s health protection. These topics are prepared for the technological phases of ground works, fundamental contruction, upper load-bearing structure, construction of the floor and sheathing of the object. The thesis has also other parts which include static solution of a prestressed unit, budget by items, calculation of the object’s maintenance cost, handbook for bulding’s occupancy and proposal of construction contract.

Construction Technology Project of University of Tomáš Baťa in Zlín

The subject of my diploma thesis is selected parts of the construction technology project of Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The content of the work is mainly elaborated technological regulation for making the monolithic ceiling shell of the main aula of the building, processing of the control and test plan and drawings of the ceiling shell. Next, I worked on the design of suitable transport routes to the construction site, the processing of the studies of the implementation of the main technological stages, the design and the processing of the drawings of the construction site, which varies in time depending on the progress of the technological stages, the design and assessment of the lifting mechanisms and machines, time and financial plan, the timetable for the rough construction and the main technological stages, budget of the rough construction, health and safety at work.

In Orde to Turn Attention to the Significance of the Monuments. The Image of Monument Conservation in Bohemia in the Period after the Establishment of the Central Commission

e founding and subsequent convening of the Central Commission for the Preservation and Research of Building Monuments (k. k. Central-Commission zur Erforschung und Erhaltung der Baudenkmale) in 1850/1853 represents a significant milestone in the history of monument conservation in the countries of the Habsburg Monarchy and has its place in Europe. e present dissertation traces the impact of the Central Commission's activities in Bohemia during the 1850s and early 1860s, which roughly corresponds to the time of K. Czoernig von Czoernhausen's presidency. In the introduction, attention is paid to a review of current texts on early conservation, their authors and the method of treatment of the topic. en the situation of the preservation of monuments in selected neighbouring and more distant European states (Baden, Württemberg, Prussia, Saxony, Styria, France) is outlined. e beginning of the Central Commission is connected with the recruitment and designation of conservators and correspondents to work at the sites. According to the files of the Presidium of the Bohemian Governorate, the process from the selection of candidates to their designation in 1854 has been carefully described. The collection of studies on the history of post-war monument care is based on the international conference Monuments and monument care in Czechoslovakia and other Central European countries during the second half of the 20th century, which took place in the spring of 2021. Selected contributions by authors from the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Croatia or Hungary map the institutional development of monument care in the countries of the former Habsburg Monarchy, a significant part of which was located on the eastern side of the Iron Curtain. The book thus offers not only a valuable comparison of the various systems of monument care within Central Europe, but also unusual material on the history of post-war European totalitarianism.
