Model of a lighthouse with photovoltaic power
Dvořák, Adam ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Jandová, Kristýna (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to aquire and present the knowledge about the principles of the photovoltaic effect and panels and then discuss a theoretical analysis about these two topics. Task of the second part in this project is to design a theoretical model of a lighthouse, using pieces of information about photovoltaics which were acquired from the first part. And in the end physicaly realize designed model. In order to reach the best possible level of effectivity over the whole year, correct planning of the orientation and angle of placement while taking into consideration the movement of the sun is required before positioning the photovoltac panels.
Ultrasonic measurement system for the analyzing of air floating around the PV module
Ondraczka, Lukáš ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with development and assembly of a prototype of the analog part of ultrasonic measurement system for the analyzing of air floating around the photovoltaic module. This prototype consists of the exciter, amplifier, ultrasonic transducers and receiver. The work builds on Ing. Jiří Hofman’s previous work, where was also created a prototype’s block diagram. The work uses PSPICE for prototype development and laboratory tests for its assembly. Due to the scale of work will this bachelor thesis continue as the author's diploma thesis.
Diagnostic Method Used to a Location of Solar Cells Defects
Jandová, Kristýna ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This doctoral thesis deals with analysis of existing area defect detection methods in solar cells and with concept of its innovation and of the development of faster detection method. Results of measurement is analyzing in practical and theoretical part. The most important is LBIC (Light Beam Induced Current) method innovated of different wavelength light source usage and Electroluminescence method. On the bases of this knowledge is created Fast LBIC method and then is created catalog of defects in monocrystalline silicon solar cells.
Extensions introduced QMS company SPOJMONT Ostrava Ltd
Bayer, Robert ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to familiarize with tools used in quality management and with methods of their application and to apply some of the tools in a real company. Among these tools there are a handbook for integrated management system of QMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 9001:2008, EMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 14001:2005 and ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008, 5S system, process FMEA and application of Pareto analysis on complaints. All the tools are attached to the dissertation thesis in electronic appendixes.
Determination of climatic factor on the degradation of various solar cells types
Peroutka, Tomáš ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
In this work are discussed photovoltaic cells. There are also discussed basic concepts of radiation source for solar cells. Also mentioned the issue of semiconductors and even the history and evolution of the solar cells. A large part deals with possibilities of photovoltaic cells degradation. In one chapter is an attempt to bring some types of photovoltaic cells and a description of the production of these modules. The practical part deals with photovoltaic modules degradation and its evaluation. Following part compares measured values with the values provided by producer of photovoltaic modules.
Simulation of solar cells using
Frydrych, Michal ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Jandová, Kristýna (advisor)
This thesis deals with problems of production of an electric energy by the help of photovoltaic panels. There is mentioned an analysis of problems at calculation of solar system for “island” operation of house, description of all partial segments needed for photovoltaic system and analysis of final costs on purchase of this system. A point of this thesis was making a model of house which used the photovoltaic panels for its function. On this created model was made a measuration during a common day at laboratory conditions and determination the important parameters of solar panel.
Factors affecting the degradation of photovoltaic power plant
Mačát, Jakub ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
My diploma thesis focuses in its theoretical part on the analysis of photovoltaic cells, panels, their properties and defects . Further there are described materials from which the cells and panels are produced today but also there are mentioned materials which could affect the near future. There are also state the methods of measurement of photovoltaic cells . The practical part analyzes selected photovoltaic panels, determines the level of degradation by measurement and calculation with using the intensity of solar radiation. All results are entred into graphs and tables.
Diagnostic of photovoltaic cells by LBIV
Sládek, František ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This dissertation main point is to take up with fotovoltanic cells metering methods. Dissertation work dwells with the most common defects rising during the fotovoltanic cells manufacturing. Also, there is a diagnosis workshop proposal and realisation. Workshop uses the Light Beam Inducted Voltages (LBIV) method. By the help of this method, fotovoltanic cells structures are analised and compared to the Light Beam Inducted Current (LBIC).
Preparation and evaluation of metallic contacts for crystalline
Frodl, Miroslav ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Hladík, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with the advanced methods of contact’s fabrication for monocrystalline solar cells and the appropriate methods for the analysis of their properties with a focus on the study and realization the contact’s structures with low contact and sheet resistance fabricated by galvanic and electroless processes. In the first part of the work is discussed the theory of solar cells and buried contacts and in the second part of the work is an evaluation of practical realization.
Characterisation solar cell electric properties by CCD camera
Steiner, Patrik ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the characterization of electrical properties of solar cell using CCD camera. Diagnostic methods are based on electroluminescence and microplasma emitted from the surface of the solar cell. The results are then compared with the method LBIC (Light Beam Induced Current) and described the various defects in industrial production.
