Verification of refining models and their application
Kloužek, Jaroslav ; Němec, Lubomír ; Jebavá, M. ; Trochta, M. ; Brada, J.
The study compares two models of single bubble behavior in glass melts.
Modular models of the glass melting process
Němec, Lubomír ; Jiřička, M. ; Kloužek, Jaroslav
The results of analysis of the glass melting process lead to the conclusion that the optimum dissolut.
Modely kvality tavicího procesu skel
Němec, Lubomír ; Kloužek, J. ; Matyáš, J. ; Trochta, M.
A model of the process of the oxigin and behaviorer of solid and gaseours inhomogenities in glass melt has been developed.
The influence of some parameters on spinel settling in HLW melters
Matyáš, Josef ; Kloužek, Jaroslav ; Němec, Lubomír
In this study, spinel settled on the bottom, slant melter walls, and in the output pipe with a linear growth of spinel sludge thickness after its concentration stabilized inside the melter.
Kinetická rovnovážná data plynů v roztavených sklech
Jebavá, M. ; Němec, Lubomír ; Kloužek, J.
Kinetic and equilibrium data of carbon dioxide, nitrogen and argon in the TV glass were acquired by using combination of mathematical modelling of single bubbles and experimental bubble observation in the glass melt at melting temperatures. The model of bubble shuttling in the melt was developed to this purpose, as well as the theoretical procedure of constants calculation from the mathematical bubble model. The gas data are needed especially when modelling the bubble defect behavior in glass melting furnaces.
Fyzickálně-chemický model homogezovaného procesu taveného skla
Němec, Lubomír ; Jebavá, M.
The contemporary approach to melting process improving leads to melting modeling either by complex models working under real conditions or by simplified partial models which are well adjustable and may be completed into more complex models according to actual need. The second way is more promising when trying to find non-traditional arrangements of the melting process or when solving partial melting or vitrification problems. The system of models involves models of glass melt behavior, particle behavior and particle or component distribution in the melt. The modular system of models allows to realize the tailored model. The examples of model completing and using are presented.
