Creating a Logistics Concept with a Focus on Business in a Business entity

Based on the conclusions of the analysis of the logistics concept and using the theoretical basis, proposals are defined for changes to the logistics concept and thus improve the order process in the company XY, s.r.o. The diploma thesis consists of the theoretical basis of the work and an analysis of the current state of the situation in company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains specific concepts of logistics. The analysis of the current state then describes the course of order from accepting orders to delivery to the customer and the individual procese in the company. In the design part several proposed solutions are presented in order to lead to the current order process and cost savings, and subsequently to higher costumer satisfaction.

Dropping Production in the Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the reduction of administrative and error rate in manual removal of the production in the foundry. The analysis maps the current state of the processes in the operation and shows how it works. This thesis presents a proposal to solve the problem by introducing the MES system, which is installed in the foundry.

Project Management In Manufacturing Company

The Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the project management in the manufacturing company. At first the theoretical basis, is established, principles, themes and processes of the PRINCE2 defined. In the analytical sector the company is introduced, and the course of contract, based on project management perspective, is analyzed. Also, based on comparison, the differences between the current state and the approach of PRINCE2 are registered. Finally, the results of the analysis are applied for suggestion of changes, whose should be applied, to make project managed by the PRINCE2 methodology.

Streamlining the Work of Production Company by Using Quality Management

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with proposal of enhancement of efficiency of chosen business process. It’s based on documentation of an established quality management system according to standard ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2008 and a real business activity in present time. Solution presents analysis of chosen business process and finding areas with potential for improvement. Results are going to be proposals and recommendations, which are going to lead to more effective single parts of process and to overall improvement of running of the business.

Application of Lean Production Methods on the Workplace

The diploma thesis is focused on proposal of workplace modification according to the lean manufacturing methodology (DMAIC). The target is to minimize the wasting and to increase the production efficiency based on LEAN tools implementation. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms, such as primarily lean production, DMAIC, wasting. In the practical part there is at problem analysis using the DMAIC method, then the proposal for improvement is solved, that contains reduction of wasting, process of the project, timetable, costs and implantation of the solution, finally there is evaluated the benefit.

The Optimization of Storage Management in Selected Company

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the optimization of storage management. Using ABC analysis items in each assortment will be divided into groups depending on their average consumption shares on total average consumption. For each assortment ordering amount will be changed so as to remove problems, such as plenty and lack of supplies. Inventory will be repositioned by defined criteria.

This Bachelor thesis focuses on a complete description of the logistics flow in VUES Brno s.r.o. It explains basic and technical logistics concepts and understandable indicates readers to the problem. In the next section analyzes and evaluates the current status of logistics business. At the conclusion summarizes the suggestions for improvement across the entire logistics chain, which should lead to more efficient passage of the contract, and more flexible responses to problems that arise.

This thesis deals with the optimization of the process in the company Automotive Lighting sro, manufactures lamps for automobiles, in Jihlava. Explain the basic concepts and terms according to World Class Manufacturing System and the reader is familiar with the problems of production in the company. Subsequently analyzes and evaluates the current situation with the production elements of WCM. The conclusion is a summary of suggestions to improve the factors affecting the production system, which should ensure an improvement in production efficiency in the company.
