Numerical modeling of free ions movement
Sukup, Luboš ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Fiala, Pavel (advisor)
This work deals of movement free ions in environment, which is affected by acting of electric field, magnetic field and their interacting. In first part is work focused on numerical methods, which solve exemplars situations. Here is important to properly choose adequate numerical method. Second part of this work interprets influence of these fields on the ions and influence of environment on final motion. The last experimental part is focused on model of cylindrical capacitor as a sensor, which models nonuniform electric field.
Incubator with adjustable temperature and humidity
Hikaník, Matúš ; Král, Bohumil (referee) ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (advisor)
This project deals with comparing types and properties of commercial produced incubators for exotic birds. It searches the best solution from these area. In this project are compars individual components and their choice for realization in this project. Then in this project is solution of regulation temperature and humidity in engineered mechanism and discovered parameters of specifically space. Then is developed solution of thermostat and hydrosatat for this prototype. Temperature is changed by Peltier module, who is involved in correct system. Humidity is regulated by resistor humidifier. Complex system is managed by microcontroler. System communicates with PC via USB interface and Ethernet. Solution of this project is maked functional prototyp.
Motor speed control
Vyčítal, Jaroslav ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Marcoň, Petr (advisor)
Paper discusses the possibilities of control BLDC and DC motors. It also contains a description of BLDC and DC motors. After describing the individual motors, includes work proposed Moduls for individual motors. These modules are more described in the text below.
Wireless transfer of energy
Varga, David ; Koňas, Petr (referee) ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (advisor)
ork tie together on first project, in which the was designed apparatus for tests wireless transmission energy. Antenna was synthesized and theoretically optimized for experimental operation, in which the will performed series measuring. In first part is practical description of realization proposal. It consists of circuital solution, proposal measuring workplace and mechanical construction with illustration photographs of arrangement. Second part includes results of performed measuring. These measuring will divided by three basic groups: in first group will by testing feature one’s antennae, in second group will series transmission measuring power gain, and in third group will photographed shape of field, and comparison with simple simulation finite difference method. Third part summarises results from measuring, and prepares consecutive balancing visualisation project, which is of thematic bent on chosen aspects theoretical hypothesis and effected experiments.
Design and optimization of PID regulator for combined temperature/humidity regulation
Tomanek, Marek ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design and optimize the regulation of temperature and humidity incubator. The regulation will be managed by Atmel AVR. The processor will control the intensity of heating and the evaporation level through a PWM output. Regulatory intervention must consider relative humidity decreasing with increasing temperature system. The algorithm of the controller will be written in the programming language C.
Implementation of USB/LAN/WIFI interface
Voneš, Jaroslav ; Roubal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis goes into implementing the most modern communication interfaces USB/LAN/WIFI to control the computer itself and also the incubator via a Web interface. The term describes the overall solution to the management of the incubator for using microcontroller ATmega8 with the possibility of the exchange of communication interfaces. For the USB converter was used the circuit FTDI FT232 BM company, from LANTRONIX Ethernet was used for Converter converter XPORT and eventually to communicate the WIFI was elected circuit ESP 8266
The construction and design a transformer
Smejkal, Vít ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
After the general introduction to magnetism the work is further on concentrating on the construction of the transformator with the EI core. The work puts the emphasy especially on the calculation of the otherwise chartered data for the EI cores according to their size and the used material features suitable for the above mentioned core. Current transformer and its design is analyzed in next part. From the gained knowledge are than constructed the suitable procedures for the automated calculations, which are than realized in the Matlab environment.
Formule Student control unit and power supply system
Klement, Dominik ; Szabó, Zoltán (referee) ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (advisor)
This thesis describes the development of a Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) used in a Formula Student Electric competition. The VCU processes data from sensors located on the vehicle, evaluates this data, and then controls peripherals. The power supply system, integrated in the VCU, regulates the input voltage to the branches that supply other units on the vehicle.
The design low noise linear power supply
Ondráš, Michal ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This semester work describes the production of a power supply. It is linear source with voltage regulation and current regulation. The source has low output noise. The source is power supply for nuclear quadrupole resonance. This project describes NQR, linear source, noise, noise properties of electronic components and process for production of the power supply. The project describes select components with low noise and then influence on the electrics circuit and output noise. The text describes design the cooling system and calculation of the values.
NQR spectroscopy - design of measurement methods
Procházka, Michal ; Bartušek, Karel (referee) ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (advisor)
Nuclear quadropole spectroscopy is a modern analytical method for detecting specific solid state materials, e.g. explosives, drugs etc. It uses phenomenon of atomic nucleus called nuclear quadrupole moment. NQR method is very similar to common nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) that is why major principles are explained using NMR. The thesis deals with basic principle of NQR, its usage for explosives detection and also detection of other chemical compounds and many other useful applications. The thesis deals with specific circuit design, techniques for sufficient sensitivity, impedance matching and circuit isolation. Practical part consists of simulations as well as designs of a few impedance transformers, pi-networks, and coils. Also experimental probe was created. In the last part, NQR workplace was assembled and a few chemical compounds were detected. These were KClO3, NaClO3 and NaNO2 . Finally minimum detectable amount of potassium chlorate as the strongest signal of these was determined.
