Diploma thesis focuses on solving of the technological preparation of building modernization of gallery residential building in Prague 1 at Petrska street. The main goal of the thesis is a demolition of the existing building and construction of a new ceiling above the third floor. The paper includes the construction and technological report, technical report for concruction site equipment, technological regulations of demolition works and the ceiling structure above the third floor – there are two design variants of the ceiling structure icluded. The variants contend a comparation of two technologies version of ceiling structure above the third floor. Thesis also includes the inspection and test plans, design of machine arrangement, transport relations, safety and health protect plan, environmental plan, work and time schedule and financial calculation of building modernization

Building Technology project deals with the processing of the necessary documents and documentation for implementation shell of the building of the Academy of Sciences in Prague Dejvice. At the beginning of the technical report on the building technology project, which provides basic information about the construction. Content is the solution of the building construction site by the financial, structural and technological and time. Construction technology solution is based on monolithic work.

Completion of chateau Návojná – Multi - functional building, implementation of finishing processes

The content of the thesis is the solution the technological stages of finishing works new multifunctional building in the village Návojná. The work focuses on the implementation of floor construction and contact thermal insulation system. The work includes a technical report, technological situation, the organization of the construction, plan work safety and time schedule. Further technological regulations of selected construction processes, inspection and test plan, inventory of machines, bill of quantities and selected details of construction solutions.

The Flat-building in Olomouc, Nezval street, civil technological project

As the basis of this diploma thesis served a project of a flat house in Nezvalova Street. This flat house is designed as 7 floors high building with undergrounds garages and commercial space in the ground floor. Foundation of this building is done using reinforced concrete pilots, continued by monolithic reinforced concrete scelet. Both circumferential casing and internal walls are built using ceramic concrete blocks Porotherm, on top of which is a layer contact insulation system from EPS. Roofing of this building is done using asphalt bands into flat roof; one part of the roof is designed as “green roof” and is covered by soil substrate. This diploma thesis covers building technology preparation of construction. It includes time schedule of construction, accessibility to the building site, technical report and blueprints of building site equipment, risk plan, draft of main tools and processes for construction, instructions on how to use housing units. The main aim of this diploma thesis is around building a monolithicreinforced concrete scelet, for which a technological manual was created, control and probationary plan and blueprints of formwork for vertical and horizontal constructions. Additionally this thesis covers roofing using flat roof and asphalt belts.

The subject of the thesis is the construction and technological preparation of construction multifunctional building in Šumperk. The work includes a study of the implementation of all major phases of construction technology, building equipment, time and financial plan, design of the main building mechanisms, the timetable for the main building, technical regulations, inspection and test quality plan, schedule of occupational health and safety risks with the plan and selected structural details.
