Pension for the seniors

The aim of this master's thesis is to design a pension for the seniors in Třebíč. Pension for the seniors is situated in a town district called Horka-Domky. It is building with wall's support system. Building is founded on shallow foundation. Walls are made of VP bricks and single ply flat roof. Pension has one basement and three overground storey. On the basement there are storehouse, archiv, technical room and engine room. On the ground floor there are office, nurse´s room, preparatory food, dinning room and apartment. On the sekond and three floor are apartment. Their is a big garden too.
Office Building

My thesis solveses the office building. The building will be located in Šumperk. It will be located near the center. The building has two floors and a partial basement floor. Ceilings are beams with ceramic inserts and reinforced concrete slabs. Vertical structure consists of a ceramic blocks in the aboveground parts and concrete blocks in the underground section. The roof is walked on vegetation. The staircase is reinforced concrete, monolithic. The entire building is insulated with mineral wool. Basement is insulated with polystyrene foam.
Wine center Šidleny

This thesis addresses the detailed design new buildings Wine Centre. The building is detached, three-storey, with a gable roof. Vertical and horizontal brick ceiling are from Heluz. The construction is based on monolithic footings and footings. The roof structure consists of trusses with burnt roof covering. Around the house there are parking spaces for cars.
Polyfunctional building

Multifunctional buliding is designed as a alone standing new buliding in the cadastral area of Žilina on a private plot no. 4518, Alexandra Street Rudnaya. The buidling is situated in the older part of city build in the sixties with the dominanting residental houses. Type of the multipurpose building is dominant with a residental function. The building totaly contains four apartment units. In the ground floor are offices, spaces of surgeries and access to housing and accessories. Each function has a separate entrance, which is designed for handicapped. In the basemnt of the building are designed in a common garage, basement and substation for heating domestic hot water and heating all function in the building. Enterence in to garage is designed from the east side od street Juraja Sklenara. The building is covered wich flat, monotube roof. The building has got rectangular shape which one outlet on the southeast side. Attic roof is 10,75 meters above the ground.

Master's thesis - Apartment house - is drafted as building documentation under relevant laws and standarts. The project processes documentation of a new Apartment building. It is designed as a brick building with basement and three aerial floors. The roof is designed as a flat and walkable roof.

Project documentation of residential building construction solves brickfull apartment building with four floors and one underground floor with technical storey with garage for 12 cars. There are 11 housing units for housing. In this project the emphasis is layed on the layout space arrangement in a compliance with consideration and assessment of stability of load bering structure, fire safety of the building, noise protection and energy saving demands. The construction will be implement on a plot č.649/20 registered in cadastral in Zdar nad Sazavou.
Family House

The aim of the Bachelor´s Thesis is a family house design. The Design Documentation deals with a one-generation family house. This family house is separately standing building. The building is designed as a newly constructed triple-storey family house, with basement and with residential attic. The strucural system is desinged in a walled technology of Porotherm system. Ceilings are made of ferroconcrete. The roof is saddle, there are two separated saddle roofs. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.
Polyfunctional building

In Master´s thesis I evolved a projected documentation of newly designed building ofthe polyfunctional house. The project is completed as a professional docummentation for the planning permission. This suggested conception respects valid standards and announcements (organization of the stability and area, orientation to cardinal points, fire safety of the building, noise protection, energy saving demands etc).
versatile house

This thesis addresses the design of multi-purpose building with six floors. The building is located on gently sloping terrain in central Blansko, the plot number 2840th. The first floor is designed for services and other floors are designated for housing. The building has 8 flats – 1 room + kitchenette and 10 flats – 2 rooms + kitchenette, a total of 18 housing units. The supporting structural system is transverse. The walls of the house are built from blocks POROTHERM. The roof is designed as a flat. Windows and doors are wooden.

The structural system is designed in a walled technology of the HELUZ system – ground bricks “HELUZ FAMILY”. Ceilings are made of prestressed ceiling panels “SPIROLL”. The roof is of the T shape, 2 saddle roofs are mutually perpendicular. The roof is of a higher type, saddle half-hipped roof. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.
