In the proposal part, the selection of a suitable BI tool is made along with the design of the implementation.

The proposed solution aims to enhance the overall user experience and provide a stable environment for managing and monitoring exams within the existing web application.

The thesis focuses on the implementation and use of Business Intelligence in the area of printing solutions in Konica Minolta Business Solutions Czech. The initial chapters describe the theory and principles on which Business Intelligence is based. In the initial part, the Business Intelligence tool is also described along with the topic of the outputs from this tool, which are in the form of reports. On the basis of this knowledge, an analysis of the current state of the company is made and subsequently a proposal for a reporting scheme for Konica Minolta Business Solutions Czech is prepared. This proposal can serve as a tool for improving the current state of reporting in the company and its possible extension
