Production of agricultural commodities in the animal region

The aim of this thesis was to prepare an overview of trends of animal produciton commodities in the Czech Republic. This thesis was focused on the production of agricultural commodities such as animal milk, meat, etc. Factores influencing the production is divided into internal and external. The most important factor is the genetic potencial that is much needed for the process of breeding and production of final hybrids, methods of breeding, affecting mainly positive heterosis manifestation under certain conditions, affects the growth of hybrids. External factors belong to enviromental factors, which are the most important nutrition and microclimate. Heterosis provides not only increase growth but also production. In animals kept fot meat commodity due heterosis effect of improved nutrient conversion. In animals kept for milk and eggs production is increased. The thesis process improvement, which ensures the production of food ingredients with high nutritional value while maintaining product quality and eliminating udesirable changes.
