The analysis of finishing attacks in football at EURO 2012

Title of project: The analysis of finishing attacks in football at EURO 2012 Aim of project: The aim of this thesis is to identify the most often and effective way of finishing attacks on EURO 2012 in chosen national teams, compare the results with the ones from WC 2010, identify characteristic models of finishing attacks and create a set of exercises for the training process. Methodology:Research was analyzed from indirect observation of video recordings of football matches from EURO 2012. Results: The most effective way of finishing is shooting from first or second touch within the penalty area. The identified models of finishing are combinations in front of the penalty area, intersection to the goal line with a back pass, passing the ball from the wing area in front of the penalty area, centre ball behind the line of defence and a vertical intersection pass behind the defence. Analysis of standard situations in futsal FIFA

Title: Analysis of standard situations in futsal FIFA Objectives: The main goal of this work is to observe solutions of standard situations by teams from the top futsal league. Another goal is to determine the effect of solving these situations onto the amount of goals scored and overall success. Methods: In this thesis were used methods of comparison, analysis and hypothesis testing. The method of comparison was used to compare the observed data with previous results of the bachelor thesis, which were also tested after that. The method of analysis was applied to the analysis of individual situations and standard solutions were then generalized by comparison with similar situations. Results: It was found that the standard conditions affect the game and their successful solutions cause a lot of goals for a team. Most goals are scored from direct free kicks and corner kicks. Most signals, game combinations, the teams practiced at corner kicks and sidekicks at the opponents half. Keywords: small form of football, game performance, game combination, solution of game tasks

Name: Analysis of an individual playing perfomance for younger pupils Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the technical level of the younger pupils AC Sparta Praha and SK Slavia Praha against Bohemans 1905. It is specifically the percentage success collecting of the ball, pass and shot. Further, as I will be interested in the failing collecting, shooting and passing the ball skills. Methods: The method that I used for processing work is called indirect observation of previously recorded video. Data were processed mainly quantitative method. Results: Using the results, we found that a skill that is among hard according to the literature, and handling of the ball had the highest success rate of all monitored. Furthermore, what I found is that the players have many more attempts each game activities played under pressure than no pressure on the players. Keywords: Football, pass, shoot, ball collecting

Title: Activity content of football goalkeeper Objectives: The aim is to create a comprehensive overview of the activity content of soccer goalkeepers in a defensive phase with and without a ball as well as an attack phase with and without a ball. Sub-objectives: To find deficiencies in the proposed content of activity of football goalkeeper via interview and to specify the content of the activity pursuant to this research. Methods: The creation of the list of the goalies' activity content is based on theoretical sources as well as on own experience and is then verified by the qualitative research. Results: The hypothesis was confirmed as no significant deficiencies were found in the proposed list. The objectives has been achieved. Title: Analysis of children preparing for football - category of older preparatory Objectives: To examine the training process of football players in light of training content. To focus on stimulated locomotive abilities, practiced skills and used didactic forms in children training. To compare gained information from practice with theoretic resources. Methods: The base of practic part is the method of observation and interview with trainer (head coach). In inspections of training sessions there is composition of training content registered which is analysed afterwards. There are statistic methods of frequency and percentage expression used for obtaining results. In discussion I try to compare outputs of the practice with the theoretic ones by method of comparison. Results: The coach in training process mainly focused on stimulating coordination and speed abilities. The most often rehearsed activity of indivdual play was running the ball. From MOF coach used the most setting-up exercises and preparatory games but hardly even play exercises The coach aplicated the collective form in the most of exercises. Title: Coach Turnover in Elite Football Clubs Objectives: The Bachelor's Thesis is a deeper insight into the world of activities and changes accompanying coaches in the Czech premier football contest. Fundamental questions concerning the coach turnover within the Czech Premier League football are addressed in the Thesis. The theoretical part of the Bachelor's Thesis clarifies the significance of coaching activities and their importance at the level of Premier League football. It presents statistical data concerning the coach turnover, each time related to a particular period, i.e. from the moment of the coach's joining a particular club until the moment of his leaving. In the conclusion of this part of the Thesis, main reasons causing the intended or sudden changes in the implementation team are compared and evaluated. Title of Bachelor thesis: Physical activity for health in sport youth Author: Bc. Jan Kokštejn Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Aim: Findings the size of physical activity in youth soccer players during a week mode and comparison of selected indicators with recommendations of physical aktivity for health promotion. To identify possible differences in physical activity between younger (16-17 years old) and older (18-19 years old) players in adolescent category. Methods: The research samples consist of younger soccer players (n=25; 16,2±0,9 years old) and older soccer players (n=25; 18,6±0,3 years old). Accelerometers Actigraph GT3X were used for determining level of physical activity during the week. Results: The average daily amount of modern to high intensity physical activity exceeded in both groups of soccer players worldwide used recommendations, which is 60 minutes. For daily number of steps, the group of younger players exceeded recommended amount according to Sigmund et al. (2005). The group of older players remained just below this threshold, but within the recommended range. In terms of energy output both groups reached values between 8-9 kcal.kg-1 .day-1 , according to selected criteria met physical activity recommendations. Title of project: The analysis of attacks - WC 2010 Aim of project: The aim of this project is to analyse the chosen, attacking and WC 2010 successful teams, which types of finishing are most often used, which methods are most effective, which players and on which posts do they most effectively score. Methodology: Research was made by watching indirect video records of football matches played on WC 2010. Results: The most often used type of finishing was first time shot from the area in front of the six yard box and around the border of the penalty kick area.
