Analysis of beer consumption preferences

The main subject of this thesis is analysis of preferences in beer consumption. The main goal of the thesis is to discover and evaluate factor which could affect consumer's behaviour. Therefore, t2he basis for this thesis is a questionnaire which was prepared according to marketing research principles. The first part is about beer and marketing research. The part about beer contains main historical data, a brief brewing process description, including main ingredients and beer types. Next, there are mentioned main Czech breweries. Inconsiderable part are also factors which affect beer consumption. In the part dealing with the marketing research are described the steps, methods of data collecting ad data resources. The second part is about the questionnaire itself and its evaluation. The questionnaire had 322 respondents. Firstly, the results are summarized and then are tested based on null hypothesis.
Statistical analysis of defects in construction practice

This thesis on statistical analysis of defects in construction practice deals with the assessment of defects which are monitored within the system of construction and technical prevention in the period from 2010 to 2013. We cannot consider as defects such matters arising from non-compliance with the contractual relationship between the sponsor and implementer of the building work, and that this does not contradict the building Act. This thesis aims to determine the defects in construction practice and the right tools, statistical analysis, and quality control methods to assess the state and evolution of defects, as well as to find links and dependence of defects on defined factors. The methodological part of the thesis is based on an exploratory statistical analysis of qualitative data, Pareto analysis, and also statistical testing of the hypothesis of independence using the chi-square test of independence in the pivot table. The strength of any relationship is tested under Cramér V. The output of the thesis is a list of the most frequently occurring defects in construction practice, a description of the defects, and their evaluation in terms of occurrence in time, within a defined territory, and the occurrence of a specific building construction.
Evaluation of the unemployment rate development in the Plzeňský Region

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the trend of unemployment rate in the Pilsen Region. At first, the complex theoretical basis for the unemployment issue with regard to the general economics theory is given. As well as basic data on the region surveyed. A statistical tool used to evaluate the trend of unemployment rate is time series analysis. The aim of this thesis is to predict the trend of unemployment rate in 2016.
Analysis of wine consumption preferences

This bachelor thesis is focused on consumers preferences in the consumption of wine. The aim of this study is to find and evaluate the factors influencing the wine consumption preferences significantly. Analysis of these preferences is based on own survey, which was implemented in February of 2016. The introduction of work describes its purpose and methodology work. The first part of thesis is focused on the theoretical background. Firstly, it is engaged in history of wine, specification of wine cultivars, wine division and brief description of production wine or wine regions. Further, this bachelor thesis is engaged in market of wine, factors that may influence consumer behavior and also marketing research, which includes the methods of data collection, making questionnarie in detail which was used during the practicap part of this thesis. The second part of this bachelor thesis is focused on own statistical data analysis and it includes the results of questionnaire survey. In this part is analysed dependence between selected factors. And the defined hypothesis are confirmed or rejected. These hypothesis were defined before the survey was started. The conclusion of the thesis sumarizes the most important findings from the survey and evaluate an overall assesment of the issue.
Statistical analysis of young generation feelings about drug addiction problem

This thesis is focused to attitude to alcohol of young adult generation in age from 18 to 25 year.In theory part is described history of alcohol, comparison alcohol with other drugs, adiction, risk factors to alcohol addiction, alcohol consuption, alcohol prevalence, prevention and therapy of alcohol addiction. Next part is devoting to questionnaire survey theory in which is suscribe proces from preparation, throught selection question, composition selective assemblage to processing. Final of the theory part is several statistic from ESPAD, the all-Europian survey, which this study following on. This statistic were processing from ESPAD 2011 data from Czech republic. Then follow creation of own survey form in Survio software, its distribution throught personal contact and via internet. Data processing was made by Statistica10 software. In appraisal were results compared with ESPAD and WHO data and some MUDr. Karel Nešpor statement.

The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, it describes the origins of grapevine, the history of winegrowing in Czech republic and the winegrowing region. This part also sets out the division of wine according to legislation, processed into a well-arranged chart and subsequently described in more detail. Described in detail are also the different varieties, specifically the most grown ones on the territory of Czech republic, both red and white. An important part of the research also consists of marketing, marketing research, its phases and techniques. One of these techniques is questioning, which forms a part of the pratical part, where it is also described in detail. The factors which influence consumer behavior are described in detail. The second part consists of the practical part, where the specified hypothesis is verified on the basis of the given questionnaire.
Statistical analysis of sales of the BMW Group company

This bachelor thesis, titled Statisctical analysis of sales the company BMW Group is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part are described the terms such as general function of the market, general characteristics of the automotive industry, significant moments in automotive history, main factors affecting sales of cars, or selected competitive concerns. Furthermore, there are also described parts of the company BMW Group. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part deals with analyzing of the particular development of model series BMW and recording new technologies. The second part is focused on the analysis and comparison of the main models of BMW and Mercedes-Benz, that is a major competitior for BMW. The main objectives will be to assess their trends, finding parallels of the development of the sales trend and prediction for the years 2015 and 2016. The result of the analysis will determine the leaders of the particular vehicle segments and the previous development and also to determine which of the two automakers is the largest manufacturer of luxury cars in the world.
Statistical analysis of bio products preferences

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of preferences in organic foods consumption in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part summarizes the insights from the literature concerning the issue. The thesis monitors in detail the production and consumption of organic foods and it maps the market environment. In the practical part were expressed hypotheses which using the questionnaire were confirmed or refuted. They have been also identified preferences of consumer groups of organic foods, which were then analyzed and evaluated. There were performed determinations of prices of selected organic foods in individual retail chains and their subsequent comparison with normal foods.The results of this research may be helpful for new entrants in terms of the market operators to assist them in deciding on which market segment or product to concentrate.
Analysis of beer consumption preferences

This thesis analyzes the preferences of beer consumption. The thesis focuses on finding and subsequent evaluation of the factors that can significantly influence consumer behavior in the field of beer consumption and it is based on marketing research conducted on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Theoretical part of the thesis, composed on basis of academic literature describes the history of beer, its brewing procedures and a description of various types of beer. This part is followed by a description of marketing research, focused on the techniques of research and the essentials in building of the questionnaire. The last part of the theoretical research describes factors affecting the final consumer. The practical part of the thesis, based on questionnaire survey, contains descriptive characteristics of the obtained results and the subsequent statistical testing of predetermined hypotheses using the IBM SPSS software. Finally, the results are compared with other research.
Statistical analysis of young generation feelings about drug addiction problem

This thesis was focused on the problems of drug addiction among the young generation from 15 to 34 years. The theoretical part was to describe the distribution of drugs by the hardness of substances. It was also described the effects of the individual drugs. Furthermore, the part devoted to the factors that influence the emergence of addiction in humans. In the theoretical part it have also been described family factors that lead to addiction. After creating the theoretical bases were selected according to pre-assembled hypotheses anonymous questionnaire, which was distributed in electronic form between the younger generation and was carried out during February 2016. For the evaluation questionnaire was used statistical program IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The aim investigation was to determine the dependence of the individual cases, such as the correlation between the frequency of substance use and age. In the practical part was mentioned by the results of the annual report on the state of the drugs problem in the Czech Republic in 2014.
