Repair of Technická Street in Brno
Verešová, Alexandra ; Patočka, Miroslav (referee) ; Smělý, Martin (advisor)
The content of this bachelor's thesis is the modification of the local communication of Technická street in the Brno - Královo pole district, which in its current state is being handled non-standardly, mainly due to the passage of the public transport bus line operated by the DPMB, and therefore the primary goal was to improve traffic, streamline extensive intersections, supplement and remodel wrongly designed barrier-free adaptations on this route. The overall proposed solution is to ensure better movement of pedestrians and the flow of motor vehicles. The bachelor's thesis includes an improved connection of the branches on Technická street, straightening of extensive intersections, completion of the bus bay, solutions for lookouts and improving barrier-free access on the entire route.
Modification of the traffic solution on Halas Square
Křikava, Adam ; Patočka, Miroslav (referee) ; Smělý, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of static traffic in a selected area. The main task of the thesis is to increase the comfort of local residents and visitors to the area. The thesis conducts a detailed analysis of the area, including calculating the need for the number of car parking spaces. Subsequently, two possible variants are proposed for how the given location can be modified, including the advantages and disadvantages of these variants along with the economic costs of implementing these modifications.
Traffic solutions on parts of Okružní, Fillova and Milenova streets
Vltavská, Veronika ; Patočka, Miroslav (referee) ; Smělý, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of two bus stops on Okružní street and increasing the number of parking spaces using a parking garage on Milénova street. There is currently a shortage of parking spaces for local residents. The aim of this work is to improve the passability and clarity of the intersection by modifying the bus stops on Okružní Street, as well as changing one stop to the bay for better traffic on the main road. Increase of parking spaces according to the calculation of parking spaces and adjustment of the traffic situation on Milénova Fillova and Vaculíkova streets.
Voltage converter with microcontroller
Jedlinský, Lukáš ; Patočka, Miroslav (referee) ; Huták, Petr (advisor)
In these baccalaureate work is buckthorn power supply mobile computer from automobile nets. Main thought is using suspense raising equable changers with high working frequency. To regulation and operating sources will used microprocessor series AT Tiny. Will also be effected project programmatic equipment and his implementation to the integrated perimeter and project PCB and by herself realization hereof perimeter.
AC current sensors
Hašpica, Štěpán ; Huták, Petr (referee) ; Patočka, Miroslav (advisor)
Aim of the bachelor's thesis is to anylize chosen types of AC current sensors with focus on design of one chosen type. Sensoring of AC current can be done for instance by current measuring transformator, Hall's sond or Rogowski coil. These ways and types of sensors are disscussed in chapter no. 2. But main focus of thesis is in finding one definite algorithm for current meassuring transformator. New possible way in design is in-depth disscussed in chapter no. 3. Current meassuring transformator, or other types of sensors finds great application in area of power energetics and electronic engineering.
Switching loss reduction in the switch-mode supplies
Vašíček, Adam ; Vorel, Pavel (referee) ; Patočka, Miroslav (advisor)
The master's thesis covers in its first parts origins and consequnces of the switching losses, basic principles of the various resonant tanks and resonant DC/DC converters. Afterwards the innovative approach of the multiperiod modulation is presented. The main advantages of this kind of modulation include very wide zero current switching region and lowering the switching frequency as the output voltage decreases. In the remaining part of the thesis a prototype converter design is described.
Switch mode supplies
Kadlecová, Lucie ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Patočka, Miroslav (advisor)
In this bachelor‘s thesis is described the design and construction of switch-mode power supply with a pulse transformer. It is mainly focused on projecting and putting into practice of the basic functional elements - LC filter, pulse transformer, transistor converter, transistor drivers, rectifiers and control circutory, including experimental testing of the final product.
Power Converter for the electric DC arc welding
Vranák, Daniel ; Vorel, Pavel (referee) ; Patočka, Miroslav (advisor)
The main aim of thesis was produce a draft power converters for DC arc welding, which would be suitable for use in regular service. For the purpose of the proposal, first must be acquainted with the possible methods used converters whose distribution and explain the principle place in beginning thesis. Next it was transferred detailed design of individual components, which was used for the construction of the power part of the welder.
Electrocar traction drive supplied with the hydrogen fuel cell
Pokálený, Jan ; Huták, Petr (referee) ; Patočka, Miroslav (advisor)
The topic of this diploma thesis is a traction drive of electrocar with fuel cell. The drive is supplied with hydrogen fuel cell with power of 2 kW. The traction drive consists of the three-phase DC/AC converter and the asynchronous machine. The main part of this work is a creation of the mathematical model of the traction drive in program Matlab–Simulink.
Calculation of optimum slip frequency of induction motor for minimisation of its losses
Bednařík, Václav ; Patočka, Miroslav (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis focuses on the minimisation of losses by calculation of optimum slip frequency of induction motor. The next point of this master‘s thesis is supersaturation. Supersaturation must be solved for the size of losses, because of the effect that is cause of the losses, when current increases with saturation. However current is not increase proportionally with increasing saturation, but increases several times more. This problem is included in the calculation of the slip frequency. Optimum of slip frequency is solve for modified gamma model of induction machine. In the main point of this thesis is outlined the process, how the optimum can be found. With same process were already were found the equations, but they were too extensit. In the end is solved the optimum of slip frequency be minimum of the flux density.
