Bakalářská práce pojednává v první části o obecných charakteristikách leasingu a postupu při zpracování leasingové smlouvy. Dále se zabývá způsoby účtování leasingu a vše vysvětluje na konkrétních příkladech. Jsou zde uvedeny změny v leasingu, které nastaly v roce 2008 a poté v letošním roce 2009 a srovnání leasingu a úvěru. Závěr práce obsahuje výklad leasingu podle Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví (IFRS) a podle Amerických všeobecně uznávaných standardů (US GAAP). The bachelor thesis is in the first part about general leasing characteristics and bailment lease. Then it deals with leasing accounting and everything is illustrated with specific examples. There are the main changes of the leasing which were set in 2008 and 2009. Afterwards it shows disparities between leasing and credit, too. At the end is described the leasing according to IFRS and US GAAP.
