Bakalářská práce poukazuje na důležitost vzdělávání a popisuje jeho základní formy a metody. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat systém vzdělávání podniku Chládek a Tintěra Havlíčkův Brod, a.s. a při nalezení nedostatků v tomto systému navrhnout lepší řešení. V práci jsou také detailně popsány dvě vzdělávání podniku. Následně jsou vzájemně porovnány z několika hledisek. Bachelor thesis highlights the importance of education and describes its basic forms and methods. The goal of the practical part is to analyze the system of corporate education in the enterprise Chládek a Tintěra Havlíčkův Brod, a.s. and to find vulnerabilities in the system to propose better solutions. There are also described two sets of trainigs. Then they are compared from several points of view.
