Bakalářská práce pojednává o ochraně spotřebitele a základních pojmech týkajících se cestovního ruchu. Dále analyzuje smluvní vztahy mezi cestovními kancelářemi a zákazníky, zejména se zaměřením na práva a povinnosti zainteresovaných stran a identifikuje potenciální rizika vyplývající z těchto vztahů. Praktická část je zaměřena na cestovní agenturu Andante a na kvalitu služeb, které svým zákazníkům poskytuje. My Bachelor's degree work deals with the consumer protection and basic terms relating to tourism. Futhermore it analyses contractual relationships between travel agencies and their customers, especially with the focus on their rights and obligations. The practical part of my workis focused on Andante Travel Agency and on the quality of the services they provide for their customers.
