Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat a analyzovat běžně používané systémy zaměstnaneckých výhod (benefitů) v ČR a zjistit jejich přínosy jak pro zaměstnance, tak i pro zaměstnavatele a dále popsat hlavní trendy ve vývoji benefitů. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to describe and analyse common employee benefits systems in the Czech Republic, find out their contributions for both employers and employees and also describe main trends of employee benefits.
