Cílem práce je shrnout jednotlivé kroky, které vedou k založení podniku, v praktické části tyto informace aplikovat a založit fiktivní podnik. Nejdůležitější částí celé práce je finanční plán, ve kterém předpovídám budoucí vývoj podniku. Patří sem zejména predikce účetních výkazů, mezi nimi výkaz zisků a ztrát, rozvaha, cash flow a také ukazatele rentability ROA, ROE, ROS. The aim of my thesis is to sum up the particular steps that are needed for a company foundation, and within a practical part use these information to found a fictive company. The most important part of this thesis is a financial plan, in which I predict the future company development. It includes mainly a prediction of a profit/loss statement, a balance sheet, a cash-flow statement and also the financial ratios, e.g. ROA, ROE, ROS.
