Tato práce pojednává o energetické závislosti Evropské unie z pohledu její obchodní politiky. Cílem této práce je analýza stavu energetických vztahů Evropské unie a regionů dovážejících primární suroviny, a to z pohledu obchodní politiky EU. Je zaměřena na pojetí charakteru nástrojů používaných v obchodě se surovinami. Jako detailnější rozbor energetických vztahů slouží příklad EU - severní Afrika. Práce také sleduje vývoj dovozu energetických surovin do Evropské unie v posledních letech a charakterizuje trendy, jež tento vývoj provázejí. The thesis is about energy dependency of the European Union. Aim of the work is to analyze the situation of the energy relations of European Union and regions, which are the main energy suppliers from the trade policy point of view. Thesis is aimed at characterizing trade instruments used in trade with natural resources. EU - North Africa relations are studied in more detailed way as a concrete example of energy relations.
