Magnetická orientace byla studována na několika druzích hlodavců. Cílem práce bylo prověřit schopnost magnetorecepce u dvou druhů podzemních hlodavců: rypoše obřího a rypoše stříbřitého. Spontánní směrová preference v magnetickém poli byla testována v kruhové aréně. The magnetic orientation was study in several species of rodents. Aim of this work was verify magnetic sense in two species of subterranean rodents: the giant mole-rat and the silvery mole-rat. A spontaneous directional preference in the magnetic field was tested in circular arena.
