Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fungováním námořního přepravního trhu se suchým hromadným nákladem. Cílem práce je přiblížit danou problematiku, která není běžná v České republice, a to jak ze stránky teoretické, tak i ze stránky praktické. V obou částech je kladen důraz na nejdůležitější aspekty, které jsou vhodně doprovázeny pracovními poznatky a připomínkami. Veškeré příklady jsou použity na základě interních zdrojů rejdařské společnosti. This thesis deals with the subject of dry cargo chartering. The aim is to describe the issues, which are not common in Czech Republic, from both the theoretical and practical side. Both parts emphasize the main aspects, which are followed by suitable findings and comments. All examples used in the work are based on internal information of a shipping company.
