Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním podniku AERO Vodochody a.s. Odhad hodnoty firmy se vztahuje k 15. 12. 2011. Kromě hodnoty podniku je určena vnitřní hodnota vlastního kapitálu. V rámci procesu oceňování je zpracována finanční analýza společnosti, analýza makroekonomického prostředí a analýza odvětví. Pro samotné ocenění podniku je aplikována výnosová metoda diskontovaného peněžního toku do firmy (FCFF). Po vynesení výroku o hodnotě je pozornost soustředěna na rozbor hlavních faktorů, které ovlivňují výslednou hodnotu podniku k 15. 12. 2011. Na základě analýzy vlivů jednotlivých činitelů na výslednou hodnotu podniku jsou prezentovány návrhy na zlepšení, které by měly přinést zvýšení hodnoty podniku v budoucnu. Pomocí simulace Monte Carlo je predikována hodnota podniku k 15. 12. 2012. Po diskontování výsledku ze simulace jsou obě hodnoty porovnány, na základě čehož je řečeno, zda se očekává růst hodnoty firmy, či nikoliv. The thesis deals with the valuation of the AERO Vodochody a.s (OJSC). The estimated value of the company refers to December 15, 2011. Internal value of private equity is determined in addition to the company value. Financial analysis of the company, analysis of the macroeconomic environment and industry analysis are applied in the process of valuation. The yield method of discounted free cash flow to the firm is applied for the company valuation. After delivery of the statement of the enterprise value the attention is focused on the analysis of the major factors that affect the resulting value of the company to December 15, 2011. The effects of individual factors are based on sensitivity analysis. Suggestions resulting in increase of the enterprise value in the future are presented. The enterprise value referred to December 15, 2012 is predicted using the Monte Carlo simulation method. Both the calculated values are compared after discounting the result of the simulation. The comparison result displays whether an increase in the company value is expected or not.
