Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití pojistných produktů při podnikání v oblasti taxislužby, a to konkrétně pojištěním odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla, havarijním pojištěním, flotilovým pojištěním a pojištěním odpovědnosti zaměstnance za škodu způsobenou zaměstnavateli. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza pojištění automobilů s ohledem na provoz taxislužby a vytvoření pojistného programu pro vybranou společnost. V obecné části jsou vymezeny základní charakteristiky výše uvedených pojistných produktů a jejich specifika z pohledu taxislužby. Součástí práce je také srovnání několika nabídek pojištění odpovědnosti zaměstnance na základě modelového příkladu a zhodnocení dvou nabídek flotilového pojištění pro konkrétní firmu. This thesis deals with the issues of using insurance products when doing business in the field of taxi service and that namely the liability insurance for damage caused by operating a vehicle, car insurance, fleet insurance and employee liability insurance for damage caused to the employer. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze car insurance with respect to the operation of taxi service and to create an insurance program for a selected company. In the general part are defined the basic characteristics of the above mentioned insurance products and their specifics when taxi service is concerned. Part of the work is also formed by a comparison of several offers for employee liability insurance based on a model example and evaluation of two offers for fleet insurance for a particular company.
