Diplomová práce obsahuje finanční analýzu společnosti Komerční pojišťovna, a.s. zpracovanou za období 2005 - 2010. Cílem práce je teoretické a následně praktické zpracování finanční analýzy komerční pojišťovny. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze a metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu finanční situace společnosti a její srovnání s odvětvím. This diploma thesis includes a financial analysis of company Komerční pojišťovna, a.s. as prepared for the period 2005 - 2010. The aim of the thesis is theoretical and then practical processing of financial analysis of commercial insurance company. The theoretical part describes the different stages and methods of financial analysis. The practical part contains an analysis of the financial situation of the company and its comparison with industry.
