Cílem mé diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty vybraného podniku k 31.12.2010. Ocenění podniku jsem provedl jak při předpokladu nekonečného trvání podniku, tak při předpokladu omezené doby trvání (v závislosti na prognózách o vyčerpání zásob ropy). The aim of my thesis is an assessment of market value of a chosen company as of December 31, 2010. The appraisal was proceeded both by assumption of going concern and by assumption of limited duration of the company (in relation to prognosis of depletion of oil reserves).
