Cílem práce je analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v jedné z největších českých společností, Metrostavu, a.s. Pohled je zaměřen na jednotlivé segmenty pracovníků, od technických pracovníků až po top management. Hlavní důraz je kladen na management společnosti. Práce se dotýká jak části teoretické, tak obsahuje i praktickou část, ve které je samotná analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců, dotazníkové šetření na úrovni nižšího a středního managementu společnosti a ústní rozhovor s účastníkem stážového programu. Tato práce ukázala, že úroveň vzdělávání zaměstnanců a práce a souvisejících personálních činností ve zkoumané společnosti je poměrně vysoká, a to zvláště v oblasti středního managementu...Je možné konstatovat, že je zde určitý prostor pro zlepšení v bodech, o kterých autor mluví v kapitole, věnující se doporučení pro společnost. The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is the analyses of the system of employee's education and development in one of the biggest companies in the Czech Republic, Metrostav, a.s. The analysis is led through the single segments of employees, from technical to top management. The main emphasis is put on the management of the company. The work has theoretic and practical part as well, which includes analyses of the system of employee's education and development, results based on questionnaires of lower and middle management of the company and interview with participant of internships program. This work showed that level of education of employees' in the company is relatively high, especially in the mi ddle management. It is possible to suggest further steps which author specifies in the chapter containing recommendations to the company.
