Práce si klade za cíl popsat klastry v teoretické rovině a také zmapovat situaci klastrů v praktické rovině na území České republiky. Zkoumán bude ekonomický dopad vzniku klastrů v Moravskoslezském kraji metodou časové komparace. Součástí praktické části je i popis dotačních programů Operační program Průmysl a podnikání a Operační program Podnikání a inovace. The aim of the thesis is to describe clusters on the theoretical level and to map their situation on the practical level in the Czech Republic. The economic impact of clusters in the Moravian-Silesian region will be analyzed by the time-comparison method. The practical part charts the grant schemes of the Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise and Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation.
