[cze][eng] Bolesti zad jsou jedním z nejčastějších onemocnění, které nabývá charakteru celosvětové epidemie. Zdravotní i sociální význam bolesti zad je obrovský a stále se zvětšuje. Důkazem je skutečnost, že bolesti zad jsou jednou z vůbec nejčastějších příčin pracovní neschopnosti. Mezi povolání s fyzicky náročnou prací, která je hlavní příčinou bolesti zad, patří i povolání sester. Je proto důležité, aby se tímto tématem sestry zabývaly a chránily své vlastní zdraví tím, že budou předcházet situacím, které bolesti zad vyvolávají. Mezi hlavní faktory ovlivňující zdraví sester v pracovním procesu patří pracovní vybavení na oddělení, pracovní zátěž, pracovní doba, směny a noční práce, sociální klima na pracovišti, stres, přetěžování a nevhodné zatěžovaní páteře. Dalšími rizikovými faktory působícími na vznik bolestí zad v soukromém životě sester jsou nedostatek pohybové aktivity, nadváha a obezita, lůžko a jeho doplňky a kouření. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit výskyt bolestí zad v souvislosti s výkonem zdravotnického povolání a zjistit, zda sestry znají zásady správné manipulace s pacientem na oddělení. Při sběru dat i jejich zpracování byl použit kvantitativní přístup, jako technika sběru dat byla zvolena technika dotazníku. V dotazníku bylo uvedeno celkem 26 otázek. Z těchto otázek bylo prvních 7 otázek identifikačních, 7 otázek polootevřených a 12 otázek uzavřených. Bylo rozdáno 120 dotazníků. Celkový počet vrácených dotazníků bylo 89, z nichž 2 byly vyřazeny pro neúplnost. Návratnost dotazníků byla tedy 74,2%. Výzkumný soubor tvořily sestry pracující na odděleních v nemocnici České Budějovice a.s. Dotazníky byly rozdány na Anesteziologicko-resuscitační oddělení, Jednotku intenzivní péče interní a Oddělení následné péče. Cíle bakalářské práce byly splněny. Potvrzena byla hypotéza H1 a hypotéza H2 byla vyvrácena. Výsledky výzkumu budou podkladem pro plán dalšího vzdělávání sester v oblasti prevence vzniku bolestí zad v Nemocnici České Budějovice a.s.. Dorsal pains represent one of the most frequent illnesses, reaching a character of worldwide epidemics. The health and social impact of dorsal pains is huge and is still increasing. This is emphasized by the fact that dorsal pains are one of the outmost causes of sickness leaves. Nursing belongs to occupations that are physically challenging, this being the biggest cause of dorsal pains. It is therefore important to engage nurses into this subject and make them take care of their own health, by preventing any back straining situations. Among the main factors that have impact on the health situation of nurses is the equipment available at wards, the work load, working hours, shifts and night work, social climate, stress, overworking and incorrect spinal load. To additional risk factors causing dorsal pains in nurses{\crq} private situation belong the lack of physical activity, overweight and obesity, the sleeping facility and finally smoking. The aim of this bachelor work was to determine the degree of dorsal pain occurring in connection to nursing profession, and learn whether the nurses have the knowledge of correct manipulation with the patients at their ward. Quantitative approach was used for collecting and processing data for this research, a questionnaire was chosen as the means of data collecting. Of the total of 26 given questions, 7 were identificational, 7 semi-open and 12 closed. 120 questionnaires were distributed. Of these, 89 were returned and 2 of those excluded for incompleteness. The recovery of questionnaires was calculated to 74,2%. The investigated group comprised of nurses working at wards of the Hospital of České Budějovice, Inc. The questionnaires were distributed at anesthetist-resuscitation department, department of intensive care, internal department and department of consecutive care. The aims of the bachelor work were accomplished. Hypothesis H1 was proofed, while H2 was disproved. The results of this research will be used as a basis of additional nurse education planning concerning the occurrence of dorsal pains in the Hospital of České Budějovice, Inc.
