Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh a řešení automatizace stroje pro odebírání dílů ze vstřikovacího lisu. Na základě požadavků zákazníka, vznikne návrh a způsob provedení automatizace. V další části práce bude proveden výběr senzorů, které budou nejvhodnější pro tuto aplikaci s ohledem na správný a bezchybný provoz stroje, stejně tak výběr a návrh řídící jednotky, která bude svými parametry vyhovovat požadavkům zvoleného způsobu řízení. Poslední část práce bude zaměřena na vlastní realizaci návrhu a případná vylepšení stroje po uživatelské stránce. The aim of this bachelor project is to make design and solution of machine-automation for taking parts from the injection molding machine. Based on the requirements of costumer, will be create a proposal design and mode of implementation for the automation. The next part focus on selection of sensors, that are the most optimal for this application, with regard to the right and error-free machine operation, than on selection and design of the control unit, whose parameters conform to the control mode selection. The last part focus on my implementation of the proposal design. Eventually can be proposed a machine-improvement for the costumer.
