Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat složky primární a sekundární nabídky cestovního ruchu v turistické oblasti Střední Čechy - jihovýchod. Dále na základě provedené analýzy potřeb a požadavků návštěvníků navrhnout nový produkt cestovního ruchu, který by uspokojil potřeby a přání návštěvníků a zvýšil atraktivnost území. Vedlejším cílem práce je zjistit potřeby a požadavky návštěvníků v turistické oblasti Střední Čechy {--} jihovýchod na základě vlastního dotazníkového šetření a analyzovat nabídku produktů cestovního ruchu ve vybraném středisku letní rekreace u vody Nová Živohošť na Slapské přehradě. Vlastní dotazníkové šetření v rekreačním areálu Nová Živohošť potvrdilo dvě zvolené pracovní hypotézy - většina návštěvníků areálu pochází ze Středních Čech a kvalita ubytovacích zařízení v areálu je nedostačující. Na základě výsledků vlastního dotazníkového šetření v rekreačním areálu a odpovědí návštěvníků byla navrhnuta optimální nabídka cestovního ruchu v rekreačním areálu Nová Živohošť. Pro doplnění a ucelení nabídky cestovního ruchu byl také navržen nový produkt cestovního ruchu cyklotrasa "Krásy Neveklovska na kole". The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyse segments of primary and secondary offer of tourism in the tourist district of Central Bohemia {--} South-East; further on the grounds of analysis of visitors needs and requirements to propose a new product of tourism which should increase attractivity of the region. The alternate objective of the work is to find the visitors needs and requirements in the tourist district of Central Bohemia {--} South-East with the help of questionnaire research and to analyse the offer of products of tourism in the Nová Živohošť summer vacation resort and the Slapy dam reservoir. The questionnaire research confirmed the two chosen working hypotheses. Most of the visitors came from Central Bohemia and the qualities of accommodation facilities were bad in their opinion. Following the findings of the research optimal offer of tourism of the Nová Živohošť vacation resort was suggested. For completeness of the offer of tourism the new product of tourism the cycling route called "Beauty of Neveklovsko Region by Bike" was designed.
