Cílem práce je vymezit zvláštnosti trestné činnosti mládeže, její analýzu, příčiny a podmínky, zhodnocení současného stavu a předložení návrhů de lege ferenda pro komplexní úpravu prevence před těmito jevy a zkvalitnění represe a represivních opatření proti nedospělým pachatelům trestné činnosti Juvenile deliquency is one of the most serious theme of our society. It´s not simply to explain it and find a simply resolution. In my work I am trying to express its specific forms, evaluate its situation, express conditions and causes of this negative fact. One of the point of view is to compile summary of preventive and repressive precautions against to diffusion of these society problem.
