Bakalářská práce zpracovává současné aktuální, avšak v českém prostředí ještě nepříliš diskutované téma unikátního hudebního vzdělávání ve Venezuele. Na pozadí venezuelských reálií se snaží poskytnout přehled o cíli, vývoji a současném stavu projektu El Sistema a jeho dopadech na venezuelskou společnost i na svět klasické hudby. Práce obsahuje také srovnání s českým systémem hudebního vzdělávání a portréty nejvýznamnějších těles a hudebníků vzešlých z El Sistema. Práce se snaží přinést materiál ke srovnání, zamyšlení a k podnícení diskuse o možné implementaci obdobného projektu v českém prostředí. Klíčová slova: hudební vzdělávání, Venezuela, El Sistema The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is the current issue of the unique music education in Venezuela which unfortunately hasn´t been discussed yet in detail in the Czech Republic. On the background of basic facts on Venezuela the Thesis is trying to provide an overview of objectives, development and current status of the project El Sistema and its impact on Venezuelan society and on the world of classical music. The Thesis includes a comparison with the Czech system of music education and portraits of leading musicians and ensembles arising from the El Sistema. The Bachelor Thesis is aspiring to be a theoretical ground for comparative studies and thinking, as well as for initiating a discussion on the possible implementation of a similar project in the Czech Republic.
