Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o nedonošené novorozence a možnostmi řešení specifických komplikací v kontextu neonatologické péče. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat specifika ošetřovatelských postupů u předčasně narozených dětí v neonatologických centrech a zjistit úroveň znalostí sester v péči o nezralé novorozence. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na klasifikaci a proces adaptace nezralých novorozenců, jejich nejčastějšími komplikacemi a specifiky ošetřovatelských postupů. V empirické části jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumného šetření zaměřeného na úroveň odborných znalostí sester v péči o nezralé novorozence na jednotkách intenzivní a intermediární péče ve vybraných neonatologických centrech v České republice. Metoda: Ke sběru dat bylo použito kvantitativní výzkumné šetření realizované pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce, který se skládal ze 17 uzavřených otázek. Distribuce dotazníků proběhla online sběrem dat na jednotkách intenzivní a intermediární péče. Do výzkumného šetření se zapojilo 62 respondentů. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukázaly, že úroveň znalostí zdravotních sester v oblasti péče o nezralé novorozence je celkově na dobré úrovni. This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of nursing care for premature newborns and the possibilities of managing specific complications within the context of neonatological care. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the specifics of nursing procedures for preterm infants in selected neonatology centers and to determine the level of nurses' knowledge in the care of premature newborns. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical section focuses on the classification and adaptation process of premature newborns, their most common complications, and the specifics of nursing care. The empirical section presents the results of a research study aimed at assessing the level of professional knowledge of nurses caring for premature newborns in intensive care and intermediate care units in selected neonatology centers in the Czech Republic. Method: Data were collected using a quantitative research design through a non- standardized questionnaire of the author's own construction, consisting of 17 closed-ended questions.
