Bakalářská práce "Rizika alergických reakcí a řešení anafylaxe v nemocniční péči" se zabývá problematikou vzniku alergických reakcí a anafylaxe ve zdravotnickém prostředí. Hlavní pozornost je věnována správnému postupu první pomoci při anafylaktické reakci v nemocniční péči, s okrajovým zohledněním laické intervence. Teoretická část práce shrnuje základní poznatky o alergiích, včetně jejich definice, klinických projevů, možností léčby a rizikových faktorů vzniku. Následně se věnuje problematice anafylaxe, především jejímu rozpoznání, příčinám, projevům, prevenci a správnému postupu první pomoci v nemocničním prostředí. Okrajově se také zabývá vybavením standardních nemocničních oddělení pro zvládnutí akutních stavů a edukací pacientů. Cílem empirické části bylo prověřit znalosti zdravotnického personálu v oblasti anafylaxe a jejího řešení, přispět k utřídění správného postupu při řešení těchto akutních stavů a vymezit jejich kompetence. Metodou výzkumné části bylo anketní šetření, do kterého bylo zapojeno 110 respondentů z řad zdravotnického personálu. Dotazník obsahoval 21 otázek (20 uzavřených a 1 otevřenou). Výsledky prokázaly dostatečné znalosti většiny respondentů a jistotu při řešení anafylaxe, přesto byly zjištěny dílčí nedostatky, zejména v oblasti správného dávkování adrenalinu. Dále... The main focus is on the correct procedure for first aid during an anaphylactic reaction in hospital care, with a secondary consideration of layperson intervention. The theoretical part summarizes basic knowledge about allergies, including their definition, clinical manifestations, treatment options, and risk factors. It then focuses on anaphylaxis, particularly its recognition, causes, symptoms, prevention, and the correct first aid procedures in a hospital setting. The thesis also briefly discusses the equipment of standard hospital wards for managing acute situations and patient education. The aim of the empirical part was to assess the knowledge of healthcare personnel regarding anaphylaxis and its management, contribute to clarifying the correct procedure for handling these acute events, and define staff competencies. The research method was a survey involving 110 healthcare professionals. The questionnaire consisted of 21 questions (20 closed-ended and 1 open-ended).
