Bakalářská práce s názvem "Strach a bolest spojené s hojením ran v kardiochirurgii" se zabývá problematikou vnímání strachu a procedurální bolesti u pacientů v souvislosti s výměnou sběrného kanystru u V.A.C. systému. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakou míru procedurální bolesti subjektivně pociťují pacienti. Zda prožívají strach před výkonem, co jim pomáhá zmírnit bolest a strach. Dále zhodnocení strachu a bolesti po výkonu. Teoretická část se věnuje stručným definicím, které popisují bolest, strach, vnímání procedurální bolesti a definici podtlakové terapie, principu užití V.A.C. systému. Tyto fenomény jsou interpretovány, jakým způsobem ovlivňují hospitalizované pacienty. V empirické části práce podrobně popisuji metodiku práce a výsledky vlastní práce. Metodou výzkumného šetření byl dotazník složen ze tří částí - anamnestický dotazník, Numerická škála bolesti (NRS), Faces anxiety scale (FAS). Tento dotazník byl distribuován v Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny na klinice kardiovaskulární chirurgie a do výzkumného šetření bylo zahrnuto 94 správně vyplněných dotazníků. Z výsledků vyplývá, že 80.9 % respondentů z celkového souboru zažívá míru bolesti s označením "žádná až mírná bolest". 66.0 % respondentů zažívá míru strachu s označením nebojácný. Bachelor thesis call "Fear and pain associated with wound healing in cariac surgery" deals with the issue of perception of fear and procedural pain in patients in connection with the replacement of the collection canister in the V.A.C system. The aim of the thesis is to determine the level of procedural pain subjectively felt by patients. Whether they experience fear before the procedure, what helps them to alleviate pain and fear. Furthermore, the assessment of fear and pain after the procedure. The theoretical part is provides brief definition that describe pain, fear, perception of procedural pain and the definition of negative pressure therapy, including the principle of using the V.A.C. system. These phenomena are interpreted in terms of how they affect hospitalized patients. In the empirical part of the thesis, I describe in detail the methodology of the work and the results of my work. The method of research is three-parted standardized questionaire, witch includes an anamnestic questionnaire, the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), Faces anxiety scale (FAS).
