[cze][eng] Úvod Subjektivní zraková vertikála (SVV) představuje klinické vyšetření využívané k hodnocení vestibulární funkce, které umožňuje nepřímo posoudit funkci otolitového systému a centrální integraci vestibulárních vstupů. Její využití v klinické praxi je však limitováno nejednoznačností interpretace výsledků a nejasným významem jednotlivých variant vyšetření. Cíl Cílem této práce bylo posoudit hodnoty SVV u pacientů s různými typy vestibulárních poruch a porovnat charakteristiky statické a dynamické varianty tohoto vyšetření. Současně byla hodnocena souvislost SVV s délkou trvání obtíží a věkem, také rozdíly mezi jednotlivými diagnostickými skupinami. Metodika Jedná se o retrospektivní observační průřezovou studii. Byli do ní zařazeni pacienti s vestibulárními poruchami, u nichž byla vyšetřena statická i dynamická SVV a provedena elektronystagmografie k upřesnění typu poruchy. Pacienti byli rozděleni do diagnostických skupin na centrální a periferní (unilaterální a bilaterální) vestibulární poruchy. Analyzována byla absolutní hodnota odchylky SVV, její vztah k vybraným klinickým proměnným a četnost abnormálních nálezů. Výsledky V žádné skupině nebyla prokázána statisticky významná korelace mezi hodnotami SVV a délkou trvání obtíží. V celém souboru pacientů byla pozorována korelace mezi věkem a...Introduction Subjective visual vertical (SVV) is a clinical test used to assess vestibular function, enabling indirect evaluation of otolith system function and central integration of vestibular inputs. However, its use in clinical practice is limited by ambiguity in the interpretation of results and by the unclear significance of different test variants. Aim The aim of this study was to assess SVV values in patients with different types of vestibular disorders and to compare the characteristics of the static and dynamic variants of this test. Additionally, the relationship between SVV and symptom duration and age, as well as differences between diagnostic groups, were assessed. Methods This was a retrospective observational cross-sectional study. Patients with vestibular disorders who underwent both static and dynamic SVV testing, along with electronystagmography to further specify the type of disorder, were included. Patients were classified into diagnostic groups: central and peripheral (unilateral and bilateral) vestibular disorders. The absolute value of SVV deviation, its relationship to selected clinical variables, and the frequency of abnormal findings were analyzed. Results No statistically significant correlation was found between SVV values and duration of symptoms in any group. In the...
