LF UK Název práce: Spolehlivost subjektivního hodnocení ve fyzioterapii a medicíně Title of the thesis: The reliability of subjective assessment in physiotherapy and medicine Abstrakt Spolehlivost subjektivního hodnocení posturální kontroly pomocí aspekce zůstává v klinické praxi nedostatečně prozkoumána. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo ověřit vnitřní konzistenci navržené diagnostické baterie sestávající z 9 testových poloh a analyzovat míru shody mezi různými hodnotiteli (inter-rater reliabilitu). Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 14 zdravých jedinců, jejichž pohybový projev v určených polohách byl nezávisle hodnocen skupinou 8 fyzioterapeutů na škále 0-4. Vnitřní konzistence byla posouzena pomocí koeficientu Cronbachova alfa, spolehlivost hodnocení a chyba měření byly kvantifikovány prostřednictvím koeficientu vnitrotřídní korelace (ICC), standardní chyby měření (SEM) a minimální detekovatelné změny (MDC). Analýza shody mezi hodnotiteli ukázala na velmi nízkou absolutní reliabilitu u statických poloh a vyšší u dynamických. Shoda konzistence dosahovala u všech testů vyšších hodnot. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to verify the internal consistency of a proposed diagnostic battery consisting of 9 test positions and to analyze the degree of agreement among different observers (inter-rater reliability). The research group consisted of 14 healthy individuals whose movement patterns in the designated positions were independently evaluated by a group of 8 physiotherapists on a 0-4 scale. Internal consistency was assessed using Cronbach's alpha; the reliability of the assessment and measurement error were quantified using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), the standard error of measurement (SEM), and the minimal detectable change (MDC). The inter-rater agreement analysis revealed very low reliability in absolute scoring and a high rate of measurement error.
