Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit informovanost pacientů o vyšetření magnetickou rezonancí a zjistit, jak se tato informovanost promítá do prožívané úzkosti, komfortu během vyšetření a důvěry v moderní technologie, zejména v počítačové hodnocení výsledků. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část (přehled poznatků) a část empirickou, která zahrnuje metodiku, výsledky a diskuzi. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní principy magnetické rezonance, její bezpečnostní aspekty a faktory ovlivňující psychiku a komfort pacientů během vyšetření, včetně role informovanosti a komunikace zdravotnického personálu. Praktická část představuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi pacienty podstupujícími magnetickou rezonanci, analyzuje jejich informovanost, míru obav a subjektivní vnímání průběhu a podmínek vyšetření. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess patients' level of knowledge regarding magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and to determine how this knowledge influences their pre- procedural anxiety, perceived comfort during the examination, and trust in modern technologies, particularly in computer-based image evaluation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section focuses on the fundamental principles of MRI, its safety aspects, and the factors that affect patients' psychological responses and comfort during the examination, including the role of patient education and communication with healthcare professionals. The practical section presents the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among patients undergoing MRI, analysing their level of knowledge, degree of anxiety, and subjective perception of the examination process and conditions.
