Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nástrojů pro monitoraci a hodnocení bolesti v klinické praxi. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části je popsána základní charakteristika bolesti, důležitost správného hodnocení bolesti, věkové a jiné aspekty související s vyjádřením a hodnocením bolesti a dále jsou popsány některé dostupné nástroje pro monitoraci a hodnocení bolesti specifické pro různé skupiny pacientů (děti, dospělí, pacienti s poruchou kognitivních funkcí apod.). Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapování nejčastěji používaných nástrojů pro zhodnocení bolesti na vybraných odděleních pro děti a dospělé a na odděleních intenzivní péče, zjištění názorů sester na jednotlivé nástroje, jejich celkové spokojenosti, připomínek či návrhů na zlepšení stávajících nástrojů. Metodologie: Výzkum probíhal formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zdravotními sestrami z vybraných oddělení a z různých zdravotnických zařízení. Výsledky: Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukázaly, že většina sester je ve své klinické praxi s používanými nástroji spokojena, ale naopak někteří probandi mají ke škálám menší či větší výhrady. Závěry: Výsledky provedeného výzkumného šetření by mohly být podkladem pro detailnější analýzu používaných nástrojů za účelem případné implementace vhodnějších... The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of tools for monitoring and assessing pain in clinical practice. The work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics of pain, the importance of correct pain assessment, age and other aspects related to the expression and assessment of pain, and also describes some available tools for monitoring and assessing pain specific to different groups of patients (children, adults, patients with cognitive impairment, etc.). Objective: The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to map the most frequently used tools for pain assessment in selected wards for children and adults and in intensive care units, to determine the opinions of nurses on individual tools, their overall satisfaction, and to provide comments or suggestions for improving existing tools. Methodology: The research was conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with nurses from selected wards and from various healthcare facilities. Results: The results of the research showed that most nurses are satisfied with the tools used in their clinical practice, but on the contrary, some probands have minor or major reservations about the scales.
