cze Abstract:
Soubor tvoří 18 pacientů diagnostikovaných a léčených v definovaném časovém horizontu. Data byla získána sekundární analýzou zdravotnické dokumentace a radiologických nálezů v nemocničních informačních systémech. V rámci šetření jsou Bakalářská práce Diagnostika a intervence cévních mozkových aneurysmat zodpovídány otázky demografické a na identifikaci nejčastěji aplikovaných léčebných metod. Získané údaje byly zpracovány metodami deskriptivní statistiky. Rozpracována je činnost radiologického asistenta. Výsledky Zhodnocení výsledků ukazuje na vysokou efektivitu a bezpečnost moderních endovaskulárních intervencí. Práce potvrzuje stabilitu uzávěru vaku aneurysmatu při následném sledování a minimální...Aims The objective of this thesis is to analyze a cohort of patients treated at a specialized department between 2023 and 2026 and to evaluate their demographic characteristics, aneurysm localization, selected treatment modalities, and the incidence of potential complications. The theoretical section summarizes current knowledge on the etiopathogenesis and classification of the disease, while providing a detailed description of the physical and technical aspects of imaging modalities, including computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and digital subtraction angiography, with an emphasis on the role of the radiological assistant. Methods Methodologically, the study is designed as a retrospective observational study. The research cohort comprises 18 patients diagnosed and treated within the specified timeframe. Data were collected through a secondary analysis of medical records and Bakalářská práce Diagnostika a intervence cévních mozkových aneurysmat radiological findings within hospital information systems. The investigation addresses demographic data and identifies the most frequently utilized treatment methods. The acquired data were processed using descriptive statistics. The specific activities of the radiological assistant are further elaborated. Results The evaluation of the results...
