cze Abstract:
Metody: Empirickou část tvoří kvantitativní šetření realizované formou anonymního online dotazníku distribuovaného pomocí QR kódů na odděleních Uherskohradišťské nemocnice a.s. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 100 respondentů z řad všeobecných a praktických sester. Závěry: Systematické využívání...This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of tools for assessing the risk of pressure ulcer (decubitus) development in nursing practice. The theoretical part explains the importance of risk monitoring and describes the most commonly used methods, such as the Norton, Braden, or Waterlow scales, including tools for specific patient groups. These theoretical foundations are followed by the practical part, which consists of an original research study. Methods: The empirical part utilizes quantitative research conducted through an anonymous online questionnaire distributed via QR codes across departments of the Uherské Hradiště Hospital. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents from the ranks of general and practical nurses. Data collection was concluded upon reaching the set quota, with a total of 127 professionals addressed, representing a response rate of 78.7%. Goals: The main goal of the thesis was to analyze the current use and subjectively perceived effectiveness of the selected tools. The research focused on comparing the Braden and Norton scales, the preference for standardized versus non-standardized tools, and the level of nurses' knowledge regarding traditional methods compared to modern instruments. Results: The data confirm that staff perceive assessment scales as key aids for early...
